The location is a bit strange, as it's in an office park, but the environment inside is immediately warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Don't let the initial outside looks fool you. It was an incredibly difficult day, but the team from Sweet Dreams made it as peaceful and gentle as possible. From the moment they arrived, they treated Oliver -- and me -- with such compassion and respect. They explained each step with care and gave us all the time we needed. Oliver passed calmly, at home, in his favorite spot, surrounded by love. I'm deeply grateful for their kindness and professionalism. It takes a special kind of heart to do what they do, and Sweet Dreams truly has it. They helped turn one of the hardest moments into a peaceful farewell, and I'll always be thankful for that.
