Just show them the return authorization, they scan it, and give a big thank you. Today, I was told they couldn't just scan the return ticket, I had to print it out. But, they would print it for $3.50. Plus, they wanted $1.50 to put one strip of tape on the box. So $5.00 to ship what was free for the past many weeks. I guess they don't get enough $$$ from Amazon?

The leadership at this UPS store is unmatched. There was an issue with a delivery I had at their…read morelocation. I called the store and spoke to the manager and he was quick to reach out to the carrier and have the package re-delivered literally within minutes. Highly recommend!!

Very slow service, with a line throughout the store the service was extremely slow. All i needed to…read moredo was ship an order, already packaged, ups label ready. there should be another kiosk ready for customer who are prepared prior to arriving, everyone has different needs. standing in line for 30 minutes for a ready to ship package is insane.
