She had no problems with our home security system, did a great job caring for and cleaning after our cat and even brought in our mail. We have indoor and outdoor cameras as an additional safety precaution and while we didn't watch it on every visit what we did see and hear made us feel so grateful. She was warm and kind to our cat and clearly took the job seriously. My only regret is that we didn't tip more than we did. I think it's important to remember kindness and empathy go a long way. My dog had a drop off appointment this morning. I received the email on Wednesday stating drop off would be between 7:30 and 8:30. I arrived right at 7:30 hoping it would make it easier for the doctor. I stood outside knocking multiple times. Finally they opened the door and I asked where I should go for drop off. She said "we don't open until 8". I said that I have an email stating drop off was between 730 and 830. She then said that is for weekdays, not quite rude but definitely not nice. No apology, no empathy. I said you guys should put that in the email then and she responded with "I'll let the office manager know." And shut the door in my face. I'm a new mom, five months postpartum working two jobs just trying to get my dogs legged checked, an extra hour of sleep would've been heaven. I don't need to be coddled, but an apology and a kind tone would've gone a long way! Mistakes happen, a simple "I'm so sorry for that mistake. I will get that addressed. Unfortunately I can't take him in until 8" shouldn't have been so difficult. The doctors have great "bedside manner". The office team should do the same.

While your pets are walking around unattended, they will be allowed to poop in other peoples carports. Your pets will be screamed at regularly, especially late at night after the neighborhood has gone to bed. Your pets will probably be shoved into the back of a small hatchback car at some point, with no seatbelts or safety precations whatsoever. If you have small pets, they will be in danger from her larger aggressive dog, who doesn't seem to like other dogs. Comfy Pets is the last business in the world you should trust your beloved family pets with. You will be lucky if you get them back all in one piece.
