I had the unfortunate need to use Heavenly Paws for two of my beautiful boxers. One lived to be 13 (Abby), but the most recent one only lived to 6 (Tiny). Cancer really sucks. When my first boxer passed in 2018, I had to search for dog cremation and it was plain awful, after 5 mins I had to stop searching. The next day, I got on Google to make another attempt and I immediately saw Heavenly Paws Aquamation appear. It was like guardian Angels were sending me a sign and I took it. I had never heard of aquamation before but as soon as I read their website, I couldn't believe how affordable it was...but the best part was how much more humane it was for my beloved pets. The cost is beyond reasonable for the service and care you are given here. I then went to "tour" the facility in 2018 and met Tyler and he was just so kind and caring. He's better than me because there is no way I could handle deceased pets daily. It is gut-wrenching as a pet parent to go through this! But, Thank God for him and his business! He just took the best care of both my sweet girls, esp my Tiny and I couldn't be more grateful. Losing Tiny, who I had a super special bond with, was the most difficult thing I have ever done and Heavenly Paws treated her like family and kept in communication with me from start to finish. Tyler even personally called me to ask if I was okay, even though he knew I wasn't. Bless his heart for having to deal with emotionally sensitive pet parents constantly. Please, if you want the best care and most humane way to get your pet's ashes, look no further than Heavenly Paws Aquamation. You will not be disappointed. And, if you need an in-home euthanasia vet, he works closely with Dr. Christi and her vet tech, Carmelle. He can get you in touch with her and everything will be as seamless and caring as possible. Dr. Christi & Carmelle were the absolute best with us. I appreciate everything. Thank you Tyler, Dr. Christi, & Carmelle. You are all absolutely amazing! (Sorry it took me so long to leave a review, but it is obvious as to why I'm sure.)

Highly Recommend!! Online said 2-3 weeks, but our girl was ready within a week. When we came in to pick her up, we were taken to a private viewing room. We were shown all of the items in the bag. The paw print was perfect & I was so happy the fur clipping included all 3 of her colors. The lady was lovely and put some ashes in a separate bag when I mentioned sending some in for a glass-blown memorial. Overall great experience and very sympathetic. They understand pets are family.

I'm so grateful for this place! Our fur child Oscar had inoperable cancer and we didn't want to euthanize him at his vet or in our home. Heavenly Paws allowed us to bring him here and have our last moments with him while Lap of Love, a mobile vet, came to meet us here. This allowed us to not have to moved his soul-less body. Which was a childhood trigger I had of my family dog. We left Oscar in his favorite bed forever asleep. Heavenly Paws took care of the rest. They also provided treats and we had enough room to cuddle with him till we were ready to leave him. I'm so grateful they were here and provided a space for us all!

I have so many positive remarks about Heavenly Paws, they are a company that you only come into contact with during a difficult time, and they address every interaction with a high degree of compassion and professionalism. From the first conversation that I had several months ago when my dog's health started failing, until a couple weeks ago when she passed on, and finally today when I picked up the artifacts that they had made for me...I felt completely supported and informed, and I can't thank them enough for being there, being kind, and helping us through a difficult time. This was the first animal that my family lost, but I sent photos to my parents as I was gushing about Heavenly Paws and received the response that it was so much more personal than the service that they had received from their vet when they had lost pets in the past. Their service includes the aquamation service, and they provide back a pawprint, a fur clipping, and a small urn with the ashes sealed inside. I mentioned that I was considering using a small portion of the ashes for a memorial item, and they even separated out a teaspoon of ashes into a small plastic bag to make it easier for me to provide to that company. I recommend them without hesitation to literally anyone. Pricing is fair, located on the website, and thoroughly explained during the preliminary conversation. I experienced no surprises, just really great service from the first call to the pick up. I can't thank them enough.

Thank you Tyler, and Heavenly Paws for the compassion, understanding and professionalism you provided at such a difficult time for us. Twister Elizabeth was our special little girl and you provided her with the care and respect she deserved. The card, wildflower paw and all the special touches you provided when she came home added another level of comfort. We know when the time arises, your services give us peace of mind that our fur babies are in wonderful hands. Thank you again.

This is by far one of the most important Yelp reviews that I will write. I have lost my love, best friend, and child of 16 years . I could not have asked for better service during this difficult time. This business was phenomenal. Ambiance: A....For the nature of the services provided at this business, the ambiance is almost as peaceful as a furry baby parent can ask for during such a difficult time. The rooms are comfortable and quaint. Yet modern and not "funneral-y and stuffy". Cleanliness: A Extremely clean. Nice smell. Location: B I only grade the location a B for one reason. The Location is in an industrial park which is fine. However, it does the business a disservice due to the positive vibe and warmth that customers experience once you enter the building. Other than that, the office is easy to find and parking is plentiful. Services: A++ Eco friendly and Eco conscious packages and services at cost efficient prices. Awesome. They offer a gentle service that juxtaposes cremation and offer tons of memorial items. The staff is phenomenal. Cat and Tyler are wonderful people. They were helpful and sincerely patient with me. I cried more than any one person should to total strangers and proved more indecisive than Atlanta spring weather during the climate change crisis.

The vet that helped my dog pass at home recommended "Heavenly paws" It uses 95% less energy and is done with a much more natural process in water. My dog loved to swim so I thought it a good way to send him off. They were wonderful when I picked up his remains. They gave me paw and noseprint with little easels as well. Highly recommend this service

Mitty's paw print from Heavenly Paws and the easel they included with it. Mitty's urn with her remains.

Cannot say enough about how incredible Heavenly Paws is. We were given their name by our mobile Vet, Dr. Christi and Carmelle of Gentle Touch Mobile Vet when we were approaching the time to help our sweet girl, Mitty, gently leave this world. Mitty was 20 years old and we received her urn and paw print today. Dr Christi and Carmelle delivered the packaged items from Heavenly Paws. We sat down and opened each and every item they sent us after they provided Mitty's aftercare. The attention to detail was so reassuring that Mitty was respectfully cared for by Heavenly Paws. We cried, we smiled a little and we felt so touched and reassured by a business we had never actually spoken to. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You are true angels in a business that has to be difficult. Thank you for treating Mitty with such respect. We will treasure the items you prepared for us and the small fur clipping was a welcome surprise that made us feel of sense of Mitty now being with us. Love to you all. Rob and Peggy Attaway

This review is probably the hardest to write. I lost my dog of 11 years last Sunday and it was devastating. I decided to cremate her and keep her ashes. I called and Cat was able to help me through this process. Her demeanor was very kind and compassionate and really respectful through this difficult time. When I brought my dog in, Cat handled her very gently and her voice was just very soothing. I got my dog back within 5 days and it was packaged nicely. I would like to say thank you for doing this difficult work that you do and make it a little bit easier for the families that are going through these hard times.

This last visit reminded me that I don't *have to* go here and can find another option. I called to schedule an appointment because I was worried about my dog's teeth. They booked her for a dental cleaning procedure and sent me an estimate of $738.59 for a Grade 1 cleaning, which includes the cleaning as well as simple extractions if necessary (of the easy teeth, I guess). We went in for bloodwork and the first tech said there was "no reason to expect additional extractions" but I asked for the Grade 2 estimate just in case, which was $1,118.68-$1,124.34. The tech that called for pre-op the night before the surgery also said there was no reason to expect extractions. When we checked in the morning of the surgery, that tech *also* said there was no reason to expect additional extractions. Dr. Carr called in the middle of the procedure to tell me that my dog, Evie, would need *12* of her 40 teeth extracted, which moved us to a Grade 2 estimate of $1,118.68-$1,124.34. So we went from "extractions unlikely" to my dog losing 30% of her teeth when it was too late to do anything but accept it. Side note, it seems they monitor pets well during anesthesia, but if anything does go wrong, they will charge you an additional $500.00 for CPR, which they said only 5% of pets survive. For this dental visit, I paid $150.69 for bloodwork and $1,087.89 for the procedure for a total of $1,238.58 The estimates are attached. I'm sharing for pricing transparency so others can make more informed decisions about pet care. FWIW, I get my dog's teeth brushed every time I get her groomed, I regularly feed her Dentastix/Greenies, and we use tooth-cleaning toys during playtime. EDIT: I had a lovely conversation with hospital manager Ellie about this review. It was very clear they value feedback and take action to remedy concerns. That's deeply appreciated. EDIT 2: Despite my post-op care instructions saying, "There are no sutures that need to be removed," here I am in the lobby waiting on them to remove sutures. There's about a 1-inch piece of fishing line-type string hanging out of my dog's mouth. There are knots and loops in it so it's getting caught on things, which as you can imagine is unpleasant for her given that the rest of it is still attached to her gums.
