We first found out about Heavenly Paws when searching for end of life care for a community cat we fell in love with. I took the kitty in and was treated with compassion and caring, so much so it almost felt like a funeral home making arrangements. When our 15 year old inside tabby passed we did not hesitate to use their services again. We had Dr M.G. McReynolds (who I had used back in the 00s) come for an in-home visit and she handled the transport of our baby to Heavenly Paws. This place handles pet death in a very supportive and professional way. Sidney treated us so well and was extremely understanding/caring during a time of high distress. The pricing is reasonable and very clear on the website, and they explain everything that you get with the selected package. There were also options on the form to order extra memorabilia (additional cost) on top of what you already get. She told us it would take 1-2 weeks, and we got a call back asking us to pick up about a week and a half after we dropped her off. The place was extremely clean, the staff is amazing, and the service they provide is astounding. The location is a bit strange, as it's in an office park, but the environment inside is immediately warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Don't let the initial outside looks fool you. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who has lost their beloved pet and is going through many difficult emotions. He was empathetic and instructed me on what can happen immediately after a dog passes in regards to bodily functions. So helpful for pets dignity. When my first boxer passed in 2018, I had to search for dog cremation and it was plain awful, after 5 mins I had to stop searching. The next day, I got on Google to make another attempt and I immediately saw Heavenly Paws Aquamation appear. It was like guardian Angels were sending me a sign and I took it. I had never heard of aquamation before but as soon as I read their website, I couldn't believe how affordable it was...but the best part was how much more humane it was for my beloved pets. The cost is beyond reasonable for the service and care you are given here. I then went to "tour" the facility in 2018 and met Tyler and he was just so kind and caring. He's better than me because there is no way I could handle deceased pets daily. It is gut-wrenching as a pet parent to go through this! But, Thank God for him and his business! He just took the best care of both my sweet girls, esp my Tiny and I couldn't be more grateful. My best friend Tucky (Tucker) died in my arms on Nov. 28th from an incurable heart disease. He was a 12-yo Tabby. Heavenly Paws allowed us to bring him here and have our last moments with him while Lap of Love, a mobile vet, came to meet us here. This allowed us to not have to moved his soul-less body. I have so many positive remarks about Heavenly Paws, they are a company that you only come into contact with during a difficult time, and they address every interaction with a high degree of compassion and professionalism. From the first conversation that I had several months ago when my dog's health started failing, until a couple weeks ago when she passed on, and finally today when I picked up the artifacts that they had made for me...I felt completely supported and informed, and I can't thank them enough for being there, being kind, and helping us through a difficult time. This was the first animal that my family lost, but I sent photos to my parents as I was gushing about Heavenly Paws and received the response that it was so much more personal than the service that they had received from their vet when they had lost pets in the past. Their service includes the aquamation service, and they provide back a pawprint, a fur clipping, and a small urn with the ashes sealed inside. I mentioned that I was considering using a small portion of the ashes for a memorial item, and they even separated out a teaspoon of ashes into a small plastic bag to make it easier for me to provide to that company. My family and I recently miraculously found Sydney and Tyler at Heavenly Paws Aquamation during the difficult time of saying goodbye to our beloved furbaby Buddy.  The first time I called, in the exploratory phase, Sydney was so compassionate and sympathetic, and she immediately gave me a "warm and fuzzy" about the business and level of service we would receive.  She could not have been more compassionate and I highly recommend Heavenly Paws.  Even though Heavenly Paws doesn't perform euthanasia, they do provide space for a family and vet of their choosing, if a space is needed.  Our family didn't end up needing the space at Heavenly Paws, but we were thankful to have that option if needed.  My family opted for all 4 pawprints in both ink and clay, and Buddy's snout in ink.  The sweet tribute package that we got back exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have been happier with the items that commemorated our boy.  The staff even remembered to label each paw and to set aside some ash for us to potentially use for commemorative items down the road.  Their thoughtfulness was exceptional - they went above and beyond to give us a peaceful end of life phase for our sweet boy Buddy. I wasn't going to be able to get my deceased dog to the cemetery for over a week so I was looking for an alternative. The thought of flame cremation is not attractive and I found Tyler's website. I had heard of this procedure but didn't know it was available for pets. Tyler came to my home to pick up my Mme. Curie Walker Texas Ranger's body (yes, that was her full name). He was so kind and patient. He could see that I didn't want to be alone and we sort of hung out for about forty five minutes and just talked. He gave me private time to to say goodbye. The lady that works there (I forgot her name) was also so kind when I spoke with her on the phone. We (me and her other dad) went to pick her up today, and, again Tyler was friendly and patient. He showed us the equipment and the facility and again thanked us for allowing him the honor of caring for Mme. He told me that he hoped not to see me again professionally for a long time, which was very sweet. All things in life are not yours to keep but are on loan. It's a fact but somehow when we lose people and pets, even if we see the end looming we are always caught off guard hunh? That's how we felt when our beloved dog of 10 years passed away last weekend. Still in shock, we found Pet Aquamation and went there based on the awesome reviews. Everything written before was exactly true. We were greeted by Tyler immediately who expressed sympathy and was very sincere. There are several different options and packages you can select. The most economical is the communal aquamation. You don't get any ashes, but you do get a small canvas with a paw print and stand momento which was very much appreciated. Tyler stated that the ashes are scattered on their farm land up in the Carolinas (North or South I forget). Tyler never rushed us, and offered us a bit of the fur clipping and extra time with our pet before leaving. Definitely made us feel better that we were leaving our dog in a place where he would be treated with dignity and respect as our last farewell. Cat was very quick to respond via email and answered all of my questions. When I had made the hardest decision I've ever made, they were very kind and helpful to set up an appointment for them to pick up my dog because I knew I wouldn't be able to drive anywhere after it was done. Everyone at Heavenly Paws was so caring and empathetic when my husband and I brought in our hamster Dandy. We had been so worried that we wouldn't be able to find a place that would take good care of a small "exotic" pet like a hamster. I don't do reviews, usually. As a matter of fact this is only the second online review I have ever done. But if 10 stars were available I would rate Heavenly Paws a ten! When it became evident that we were going to have to face the heart wrenching task of putting our precious Cadie girl to sleep we were not only dreading that but the thought of putting her through the cremation process was the last thing we wanted for her. Two years earlier when her brother died, we cremated Smoky and both of us hated the thought that we actually "burned" him through the cremation process. But we were unaware of an alternative other than burial in our back yard. That really wasn't an option either. But when a friend told my husband about Heavenly Paws, we looked them up and read the reviews. But I had questions, so I called and spoke to Tyler. He was so very kind and patiently answered all my questions, some of them 2 or 3 times without even so much as a hint of wanting to rush me even though he could probably tell I was crying working through the process. When the day came and we left the vet with our precious Cadie's lifeless body and went straight to Heavenly Paws, Tyler met us with nothing but kindness, understanding and compassion. He actually seemed to understand and feel the pain we were going through and that was extremely comforting. I totally believed he was as sympathetic towards us as if he had known us and more importantly our Cadie for her entire life. He was gentle and loving with her body and afforded us as much time alone with her to say our final goodbyes as we needed. My experience with Heavenly Paws has been outstanding. I definitely read too many conspiracy theories regarding pet crematories and was very nervous about leaving my beloved cat with a nameless place contracted with the vet, so did a lot of prior research. From the moment Randy (the owner) came out at 2:30 AM to meet me at the office without showing any sign of irritation, I knew I had picked the right place. Tyler (Randy's son) went above and beyond to put all of my concerns at rest. I hired Heavenly Paws Pet Aquamation to take care of my furry friend Luna's body when she died this year. I am so very thankful for the service that this company provided to our little family. On the heels of another recent review, my little guinea pig (a small exotic pet), Sweetie passed away very unexpectedly after a quick illness. My son and I cared for her for three years and were close to her. Personally, having had a serious bout with blood cancer, I got her as soon as I was released from the hospital and she was an incredible companion to me while I was homebound for close to a year. She was the sweetest little girl and I was and still am heartbroken over her passing. I don't have the physical strength to bury her at home and I wanted to take her to a place that I hoped would care for her properly and also take the loss of such a small, non-traditional pet, seriously. I also knew that I wanted her remains to remain private - I wanted to receive only her remains back. Having read a review about a hamster on here, I called and spoke with Tyler who told me I could bring her in on short notice that same day that I called. The staff was very kind and accommodating. There was a slight hiccup through no fault of their own with one of the rooms being occupied with a previous appointment which I completely understood - even still they went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable when we left. When I returned to pick her up the following week, they had been kind enough to include an additional keepsake in recognition of the slight delay at drop-off (again, the drop-off ran smoothly and I was very happy with it). I greatly appreciate them recognizing that and offering something additional. It's actually something I had meant to order but was so upset that I forgot to. I drove in from Marietta - between the two trips I invested a few hours of driving (I only had Fridays for drop-off and pick-up)... but I would do so again in a heartbeat and recommend this business to anyone else who's needing these services. I was so thankful and impressed that they included a lovely clay paw print plate with my order at no charge. I debated whether or not to purchase it, but decided to forgo it. When I picked up my items, Kat told me that they wanted me to have the same items that I had received when they cared for my Sweetie during my first visit, that they included it free of charge. That was a lovely surprise and made me very happy! Sorry for the lengthy review, but I just can't say enough great things about Heavenly Paws. The unthinkable happened over the holidays. My wife and I lost both of our dogs to old age. My wife's beautiful chow mix passed away New Years eve, my little Yorkie died in her sleep several days later. Tyler took our girls in, though neither passed on regular business days, and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbye's. Our girls were treated with the utmost care and dignity, while Tyler's soft spoken demeanor made us feel comfortable and valued. Tyler went above and beyond all expectations and although we don't look forward to needing his services anytime in the near future, we highly recommend Heavenly Paws to anyone who does. read more

This place was absolutely wonderful when our beloved family golden retriever passed away at home. We called first thing in the morning and the owner said we could bring him on it. He was so gentle and respectful. Thank you for making this hard morning much easier.
