I can only have upright MRIs because I can't lie flat so they're the only facility available within a 3 hour drive- but I agree she is unfit to work patients in pain because her behavior is very incredibly rude. I've had several MRIs at Pinnacle and have interacted both in person and by phone w Mary Beth and she always behaves rudely. ALWAYS. I literally spoke to her this week and she was rude again and disconnected the call as I was still talking. That may just be "her way," but Pinnacle should not employ her because ultimately her unacceptable behavior reflects on their reputation. Mary Beth should find a job in another field where having compassion and being courteous are NOT a necessary skill-set.

( not possible ) I Called office manager who had no idea there was a previous mri so they compared it to the previous mri and the radiologist read it again and mentioned one of three things that was seen before. Had a marker on my head for a lump. No mention of that either. When I got the first MRI at Lourdes it was a very detailed result when I got the MRI here it was a piece of paper discrediting the first MRI which included four sentences. Not a thorough read at all needless to say. Had to get it reread by a diff radiologist. Won't ever go back.

They billed for a full office visit on Easter Sunday. And the billing department refuses to fix this. I have a federal complaint in to review all their billing. Sadly though we don't have other options locally that are any better. It's a surgery happy cattle herding outfit for profit. They cancel appointments without notifying people as well but refuse to reimburse for the lost time at work or gas.

First of all, I was so scared that I couldn't sleep the night before. It honestly didn't hurt at all. They were super nice and talked my through everything. They have purple gowns for you to change into, and lockers to leave your stuff in. The screening itself is really quick. I was probably here 15 minutes total. With checking in, changing, etc. And probably best of all, I got my results within like 15 minutes of leaving. They say 2 hours, but I got them super quick. Even just the same day would be good enough for me. Although this is something no one really wants to go do, I highly recommend them.

I was able to fill out all my forms prior to the appointment making it so I had very little to do upon arrival. I just had to sign off for a few things electronically and provide my insurance and ID. The overall visit was so fast. Arrived at 6:40am and was out the door at 6:55am. The mammogram technician was very professional. She was warm and kind. She talked me through everything we were going to do. Explaining the why behind it and when I had any questions she happily explained the answer. I was a little nervous and all of that went away due to her professionalism. I am beyond pleased with the care received here.
