I was in and out of the office in less than an hour which is amazing as I was a walk-in for some x-rays. My x-ray tech was the loveliest person who made sure I felt comfortable and cared for. I wish I knew her name so I could shout her out. Lots of parking at the front of the building available, as well as handicapped spots. The way I was treated here is how all healthcare facilities should treat their patients! Update! My doctor received the x-ray results within an hour or two of getting them done.

Recently I visited my back doctor and he wanted an MRI on me. So I made an appointment with the…read moreplace I had one done years ago. But after some thought I decided to change due to the time they wanted me there, and the distance. So I called my doctor's office back and asked to have the MRI done at Borg Ide imaging at Culver Park.I may also add the first time I had an MRI it wasn't pleasant due to the size of the machine, and I wasn't prepared for it. But I got through it. Things were different this time. My doctor gave me a sedative and the machine they used was bigger than the other one I had years ago. This machine was larger, the back was open, more spacious, and I was relaxed. :) Regarding the radiologist, "Sandy", she was a real pro, an all-star. Each phase of the procedure she told me how long it would be, and where we were at. It went very smooth. I was pleased and I highly recommend Borg Ide if you need an MRI.

I have had wonderful service at the Linden Oaks imaging center which was closed. The tech who did my imaging today at the Culver Ridge location was beyond awful. She complained about her job, how no one reads her notes, and was defensive throughout the entire procedure. She asked me for information and then snapped at me and told me that she couldn't use it because it had to come directly from the source. Made comments like, "Well, that's something I wouldn't know!" when I supplied her with an answer about where the original testing was done. She was the one asking the questions... It was very confusing. Constantly interrupting me and talking over me. Rather than issue directives, she chastised me for swallowing a mouthful of saliva-- but did not tell me she needed me to wait to swallow. She was defensive about why the procedure was being done. She seemed almost irritated that she had to do it. That makes two of us now... When I tried to tell her why my physician ordered the test, she again interrupted me and talked over me --pretty much the entire time. I finally just gave up and lay there, waiting for it to be over. She complained for the full half hour. Longest test I've ever had. And of course I'm concerned about my health this entire time...Patients are anxious enough about test results. We do not need angry, hostile, clearly traumatized workers with poor social skills doing these types of images. I don't know where I will go in the future if I need tests, but I hope there are still enough locations that it will not be back to Culver Ridge.

Inside, the space is warm, modern, and welcoming. The staff considering this is an imaging center were pleasant and kind, which made the experience more comfortable. Asked what time their appointments were and when they found out I was in at 8 and they were slightly later they said I should check in first. Front desk woman was quick at her job and I was signed in and told to have a seat and they would call me. Barely had a chance to sit down when they called me, no wait times when your the first one in. After the ultrasound I went back to the waiting room to wait for my turn in the x-ray (also a very short wait). The only complaint I could possibly have is the length of time it took to get an appointment but that is nothing they could help. Keep up the good work.

The reception staff is professional, knowledgable and efficient, as are the techs. My only complaint is that they refused to let me have a copy of my images. Unlike other providers I have used, their policy is that my ordering physician must request them for me and then they will get mail. Kinda weird, if even legal, and inconvienient.

I was on hold until 4:30pm when the call rolled to their voicemail telling me they closed at 4:30 and to leave a message. I've never had a facility just decide they didn't want to do a procedure, so they'll reschedule it b/c it's unimportant to them, but not to the patient. I'll be very interested to see how long scheduling tells me I'll have to wait for the next opening when they call in THREE days. Unbelievable!

They took their time with him an we didn't feel rushed at all. Almost felt like a family member was his aide . Thats how well they took care of him. Communication was top notch. I would personally continue to go to this location from now on even if its a drive for us. Sometimes you have to go the extra mile for great customer service.
