The staff truly do try to speak English when they can, imagine if you came here as an immigrant and this was your job and people hate on your business just because you speak in choppy sentences... the customer service is NOT bad - they were pretty kind to me and my friend and offered us water/drinks, let me sit next to my friend while she was getting her pedi done even though I only got my finger nails, let us start our appointment early, conversed a little with us but not over the top/invasive and not ignoring our request Pros: - easy parking - seems like they're doing all the safety procedures for covid-19, sitting everyone at least 6 ft apart, sanitizing, everyone had masks on, glass shields at the manicure stations, etc. - okay pricing? my friend got gel toes + full set acrylic fill ins/color change + my gel fingers = ~$100 ish before tip, and check-in on yelp for 10% off - Inside vibe is super nice! - Pretty on-time appointment times adherence Cons: - I didn't see their prices posted anywhere, which makes me wonder if they charge people differently? - I felt like the quality of the work was alright, not bad but also not exceptional. My lady was super nice but didn't paint down to the edge of the nail on some of my fingers, I had to remind her to turn the gel lamp on, etc. Service always kind of depends on which tech you get right? My nails though... uneven, not fully painted on the sides, and again with the sloppiness. The gel was on my skin so it burned every time I put my hand under the light. I gave them 2 stars on Google and my reason for 1 star on Yelp is due to the response I got from the owner. She responded by saying they tried to tell me the color wouldn't work with my nails (not true) but I INSISTED they do it anyway (what does nail color have to do with a sloppy pedicure and gel nails?) I got light pink with clear glitter. I'm not complaining about the color, that's my choice, but I paid over $60 for something my kids could have done a better job on. There were 4 techs there that day. 1 was obviously brand new, she did my friends toes, she wasn't happy with the job she did. 1 did my toes, she was very nice, just a little messy with the polish. 1 did my friends nails, they came out great and the tech was very nice and personable. 1 did my nails, pretty sure she was the owner. She was like the mamma bear of the group. Obviously in charge and you don't want to piss her off. It was just not a comfortable environment and her reply to my review ticked me off. I'll stick to my Asian ladies and gents. At least they aren't rude, and if they are they say it in another language with a smile and I can't understand them anyway.

She took her time and included was a leg scrub and massage. I passed on the scrub but took advantage of the massage which included some lotions and an oil. I look forward to coming back in the near future. There is plenty of strip mall parking in their lot. The only tricky thing about the location as you'll see in the pic is it looks like it's "asis" and not "Oasis".
