No headwall flashing installed, exposed fasteners, crooked hip caps, unseamed hems... The gutters didn't work as there was an inch or more of daylight between the dripline and the gutter opening. They came back several times and completely replaced a third of the roof and attempted to adjust the gutters, but things still look pretty bad (even from the street) and the gutters essentially don't work. Eventually we just stopped hearing back. The crew that did the work were polite and efficient, but ultimately we regret hiring them for this work and I fully expect needing to replace some or all of it in the future. Having spent $16,000+ to have this work done professionally is both embarrassing and infuriating.

His original quote was high and by the end it had gone up 15% for no apparent reason. He started getting mad and swearing at me when I questioned it like I was the one in the wrong. I was actually scared. If I was a female I would have felt very unsafe being in his presence they way he was confronting me. I will never hire him again. Stay away!

Big dips and bumps, no smoothing out to the existing driveway, it's gone from a nice neighborhood to now going over an obstacle course just to get in your driveway. Huge 8" drop offs just to get to your mailbox. Neighbors tried talking to them and all they did was tell them to file a complaint. If you're a town looking to get roads done, or just a driveway, avoid this clown show. They don't have the slightest clue what they're doing and have ruined our residential road.
