My Audi was making an ungodly noise and I was on my way to a graduation event in which my niece was speaking. I hobbled over to Frohriep, per a recommendation from a kindly neighbor. The male owner (Mike) drove my suv to the lifty thing and took a look. Major bad news, especially since I was on my way to an important event. Broken rear springs! What?! How?! (There were other preferred shops in town but this was closest to my home) I had never been to Tapper body shop and honestly had never heard of it. After getting off the phone with insurance I gave them a call about dropping my car off. The already had my information from MEEMIC and said I could bring it in anytime. Also going to fix the seat from a rub of metal on someone pants. So we got it back a week later and it looks like it just rolled off the assembly line as a brand new car. The seat has absolutely no marks on it at all. Outside is like a reflection of mirror it is so clear from swirl marks. If you want you vehicle taken care of they will definitely get the job done.
