I reached out to her the next day after I had time to go back and fully inspect my home. I reached out to her two different ways via messenger and also iPhone message along with pictures of the work that was not done in my home. She has seen both messages and has simply chosen to not respond back or to make it right. I paid a good amount of money to have my 2100 square-foot house cleaned from top to bottom for a deep clean. According to her Cleaning policy, and what all it entails for a deep clean, I would say the majority of my downstairs was missed in those areas. Tables were not dusted nor baseboards that could have easily been accessible to move that she clearly stated would be. I didn't just pay for a regular cleaning. I paid for a ceiling to floor deep clean. When I came home, all of the lights were on and aesthetically, It looked good at the time, but when going back and looking at certain portions of the house, I noticed baseboards were not touched nor windows washed. This is what led me to do a more thorough investigation of the house. If she just would have reached out to me to try to make it right I wouldn't be leaving this review right now. My suggestion for any of her future clientele, please make sure you are going around your house and thoroughly inspecting it from top to bottom. I definitely would not recommend her to any of my friends looking for a cleaning service.

Imagine my surprise and disgust when I got into bed last…read morenight and I saw the bottom of my feet from walking barefoot on my floor after they had been "cleaned" by this company! Plus, they ate my last banana! Nerve! See photo. 11/1/21Unfortunately, I have given this company three tries and as they say in baseball, three strikes and you're out. Each visit things were overlooked. For example, window sills not wiped out, beds made up lumpy, tops of the fridge and bookshelves ignored, toilet tanks not wiped down etc. While the owner is very nice, I believe he tries to fit too many houses into one day. My visit today lasted one hour and 10 minutes for a three bedroom two bath house. You can imagine in that amount of time what was overlooked. I wasn't ready at the time but claimed to call him as soon as I was ready. I called the beginning of July ans he said he could have someone come out on July 3. Apparently they were very busy a d needed to reschedule. When he fi ally got back to me the next week asked if I was still interested. I said yes. Again he said someone would be out later that day but once again no one came. Again an apology and he said someone would be out on Friday and offered me 15% off the service. He called later that evening g and said they have just been running into obstacles and someone could be out Saturday. He texted to say the tech would be at my house around 1. At 1:30 he let me know they would not be able to make it. At that time, he offered to do it for free and he would be the one to clean them. I replied thst I was upset but thanked him for the offer and when would he be able to make it. This was Sunday and then again on Monday I reached out. He has yet to respond.
