And they still didn't respect it? Totally unacceptable. The owner of the company basically told us they rush the big jobs so they can get to to other jobs that day and come back to finish the work at ours. ruined a few windows and brand new door while installing and ruined walls, told us the painters can take care of it. We didn't even have painters lined up.. totally disappointed by the professionalism and quality. But like I said, they were way cheaper than going with other companies. So you get what you pay for

He kept me informed of when the windows were coming in. The installation was painless and his crew took care to make a few modifications to get my existing blinds to work with the new windows. Ed walked through afterward to make sure everything was done correctly and I was satisfied with the job. Excellent work!
