Recently, we were broken down at the rest stop just south of Osceola, Iowa. The broken fuel pump meant that you had to completely remove the fuel tank on this very large van. Most shops were unwilling to even take it at all. East Side stepped up and agreed not only to take the van but to get it done the next morning. The young man they sent with the tow truck was quick and professional. We got a cab and headed to the hotel. East Side got to work on the van and were partically done by time we got there the next day. They completed the work quickly and professionally. Their charge was more then reasonable and we were on our way home by lunch. I cannot thank East Side enough for how they were willing to step up and help us out. He was 30 minutes earlier than predicted, and he figured out how to put on our temp tire and had us on our way to the shop in Lamoni in about 20 minutes. At the shop, they replaced the tire, and we were back on the road, just two hours after the warning tone first sounded on the car. The shop has a comfortable waiting area, a clean restroom, and friendly folks working hard to get you back on the road.
