While it's typically a quick in and out with attentive staff and function, I'd grade it a 4 our if 5 with a slight reduction due to cost and, at times, my car is not quite fully squeaky clean. I also think their pricing is designed in a way to push folks to sign up for a membership to get the better or higher-tier car washes. Example, to get a well-rounded wash, it's roughly $20 when a membership with unlimited washes is $30 a month. Sure, you can get a basic $10 wash but if my $20 wash isn't always spotless I don't know how a $10 would fare.

The other day I went for a wash like many on one of the first warmer days we have had and even upgraded my wash and did not get a good wash! Normally I vacuum my car out after so I would have seen right away however it was a busy errand day and when driving past they had no line so I took it as a sign to hop in since it was in great need of a wash to get off all the salt. One of the benefits usually with Jilly's is the attendants at the start will manually spray/mop the car down. So needless to say my poor car came out not looking like a shiny queen but dusty sad thing. I'm split on how to overall review this since normally I had a great experience however this one was not (especially since I upgraded and added an extra salt thing on top of that ...) therefore going with my gut and looking more independently at this visit alone.

Oscar came out this morning, asked if I was ready early or if he needed to wait until the appointment time and since I was ready to go he got started sooner. He was so nice and professional, definitely hustled, and did an AMAZING job on my car. Looks brand new inside. He even dealt with some spilled coolant in my backseat from a bottle that I kept back there. He was just awesome, efficient, thorough, and friendly and was done in about 2 hours. I mentioned to the employee that there were spots of dirt and detected attitude, a comment was made that I shouldn't forget the tip, WOW! I paid for tire shine and it was applied on wet tires. I left the car wash and came back because I thought they should at least hear a paying customers viewpoint, especially when I was going to bring back my second vehicle. I was told that they didn't have time to take care of my vehicle, "get 'em in and out"! "We usually don't open on Monday's, WOW! As if you were doing me a favor. I think Heiser Toyota is a great place to buy a car. But their service department is NOT where you…read morewant to take your car. We have 2020 Rav4 which now has 82,000 miles on it. Whenever my wife takes it for oil change and tire rotation they try to sell her all kinds of bogus services. They started this when the car had about 40,000 miles. I think they proposed $1200-1400 in maintenance services over and above oil change. At 60,000 miles it was about $1700. Today at 82,000 they proposed services totaling $1,877.60. Attached is proposal. Now i have looked at Toyota's recommendations in their manual. Most of these either aren't on there or they come at much later mileage. Toyota is supposed to be one of the most reliable cars needing very little in repairs or maintenance. This dealer thinks some of these should be done every 30,000 or every 60,000 miles. See their notes on what they proposed. Dynamic engine restoration for $600 - what the heck is that. I worked at a car dealer many years ago - dynamic engine restoration is a scam of epic proportions. I have a 2017 Tundra and a 2011 Prius that i take to a different Toyota dealer. They never ask me to do any of this. I personally think it might be that my wife takes her rav4 in and they figure they can suck her into doing this junk. That is offensive all by itself. But to take advantage of anyone by trying to scam them into unnecessary services is Completely Unacceptable. I've written to Toyota - they referred complaint to dealer and couldn't even be bothered to respond. So I now have to resort to warning people in reviews not to waste money on garbage services. I think a letter to Toyota in Japan might elicit a different response than Toyota USA. I love my Toyotas but I think these service scams that take advantage of people thinking they need this stuff should be investigated.
