Not only did Mo quickly diagnose the problem, but he also walked me through exactly what was going on and what needed to be done--no upselling, no nonsense, just straight-up honesty and expertise. While he was working on the coolant issue, Mo also took the time to check out my crankcase ventilation system, which had been giving me issues. He didn't have to go that extra mile, but he did--and thanks to him, I got it fixed properly and saved a ton of money. If you've ever dealt with repairs on a Mercedes, you know how expensive it can get. Mo's knowledge, transparency, and dedication to helping his customers is rare in this industry. UPDATE: 6/27/19 I took my truck to Driveworks in Jersey City and the cost of a new compressor is $280 and I paid $300 for labor and Freon. This is much cheaper than the original $950 I paid for the same services at Van Houten. Be advised that after I posted this poor review, the owner left me a voicemail "to make me an offer." I never returned the call.
