I am completely done playing games after spending thousands of dollars here for repeated misdiagnoses while my car is still broken. ​Let's look at the track record: ​The Starter: Months ago, I paid $550 for a new starter based on their diagnosis. It didn't fix the problem. ​The Charging System: Before that, when the alternator wasn't charging, they bypassed it with an external voltage regulator. Last week, after getting a new alternator and a new PCM (computer), the battery light came right back on--meaning the PCM wasn't the actual problem either, and that was another wrong diagnosis. ​The Current Situation: Then I was told it was a transmission switch. I spent $300 on that part, and they expected me to bring it in while I'm still dealing with the exact same unresolved issues. ​To top it all off, he actually had the audacity to try and shake me down for $300 he claims I owe him, when I have already handed over thousands for his incorrect guesses and failed repairs over nearly three decades. ​I am done paying for guesswork and betrayal. At this point, I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and taking all of my documentation straight to an attorney's office.
