IF YOUR MAN NEEDS A BIT OF SWAG... I have returned to this store several times since my last review and will continue to do so because I just enjoy it so much. The store is a huge draw for men of color but it is really great for any guy with a bit of "old school" swag. I love for my husband to dress in a certain way and they carry a number of items that we both like, that look great on him and are comfortable. He must be comfortable or it's not happening!! The men's clothing just seems to be sized more generously than what you might find in department stores. Also, when it comes to designs and colors, there is no equal. For every season, they have the modern leisure suit. Last summer it was in seersucker and linen options and this fall it was in corduroy. I love it and I think that it is super cool! This is a great store for couples who like to "twin" because it is all under one roof and you can easily coordinate your outfits. The only problem is that my husband just has a problem shopping for himself so I have to get him situated first and then I can focus on me. He recently tried to select his own clothing and it was a disaster because he doesn't consider fabrics or details. He just grabs it and tries it. Poor thing! Anyway if your man needs help bring him here so you can subtly look over his shoulder as he makes his selection. There is a nice dressing room area and the tailor is always available if you need a more custom fit. They have already started stocking for spring which means they have reduced some of their fall and winter items. ***Yes, this store also carries clothing for women and children along with accessories and jewelry. This place is awesome! it's just like a small mini TJ max. It does have a few designer items that have been marked down. I was looking around with a friend and they had an ELF makeup palette with 36 shades of eyeshadow for $5.00 They have both men and women clothing as well. Men suits. Women dresses. Including plus size! They have children clothes and shoes too! This place has its own private parking lot so its super convenient. I would definitely go again! especially when I have more money. I tell you these annoying texts from K and G are REALLY starting to irritate me!!!! I dont buy that much in clothes as Im retired, but almost every time I turn on the phone its buzzing and vibrating with these KnG texts...oh why did I ever let them have my number!!!! Think twice before you do that. I was on hold to try to get them top stop but the hold time went on and on and just hung up! They wont accept an email without a valid phone number....uh huh! I just dropped them 2 stars as I hate it when a business feels they can abuse you because now they have your number! Emails I can delete but calling and texting me just pisses me off! update: 1/9/2016 Was just in store and an associate said when you get one of these texts just return a message with just the word stop and send. So will try that when the next one hits. Lets hope it works. read more

I cannot in good conscience give my money to a store that requires me to leave my 3k laptop & bag behind the counter because they feared I was going to steal something. I was with my family and it was a very embarrassing thing to encounter at this stage in my life. If this store is having a problem with theft, the answer most definitely isn't treat the black men with suspicion by telling them it's store policy to embarrass them into leaving the said store. I do not even think the cashier realize what she actually did but asking me to do what she asked me to do, just following orders, very racist orders. I went though K&G for some dress shirts and a blazer. They were advertising 2 for $40. As I went to the register to pay the shirts rang up for $35 each. Apparently the shirts I picked didn't apply due to being located at the end of the aisle on display. I guess somebody put the shirts I picked back into the 2 for $40 section. The cashiers were both patronizing in a fake friendly way suggesting I go look for shirts that apply for that special. I ended up putting back a shirt and leaving. I never leave bad reviews as I started out working in retail, but they did nothing to remedy the solution. The entire store is plastered with big savings marketing but when it comes time to pay I always have trouble falling into into the on sale category. read more

I would give zero stars if I could! I wanted to buy a suit for my son and noticed that the price was on sale. I went to the counter to be sure I wouldn't have any issues when checking out. Once I finished shopping with almost $200 worth of merchandise O was told that the item in question would be regular price! Never again will I step foot in this place. The management would not even come over to talk to me! They basically hide from issues and will not make sure the customers are taken care of! Horrible Customer Service!!! read more

Horrible experience today.... There was a special on 2 man shirts for $35 after check out we notice there were 2 charges 1 for $35 and other for $25 we walk in and asked very politely to know why there were 2 charges.... Immediately the store "manager" jumped to offend my wife and myself and stated "i know what the special is and you got two diffent shit brands therefore it does not fit the special" my wife began to feal attacked by this person... We were told to go get another shirt for same brand and return the $25.... We went and got the shirt and upon returning to the resister the same manager asked us to make the 1 hour line AGAIN .... We received horrible customer service from this so called manager who clearly has no idea what he's job is at the store. He has no name tag on or anything but several people in line behind us supported us and when they did a guy from alterations went and began to fight the customers and even implied we should return everything and leave the store...... THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRR read more

Great tailors there... Only comment I have is they need a new manager. Asked me if a suit was mine with the suit bag cover over it that you have to purchase there and my receipt in my hand. Rude approach and didn't even apologize for assumptions that were made. On my off days I wear a t-shirt and jeans.. Don't mean i steal or should be judged. Complete ignorance. read more

Good selection of suits at great prices! Got a nice wool blue suit here today. Tailors are at the ready by the fitting rooms. Got a nice two piece, tie and shirt for LESS than just the two piece I was looking at down at men's warehouse. read more
