Came in looking for something because I'm heading to a baby shower and spilt something on my dress. The employees did not once greet us or ask if we needed anything the entire time we were looking around, all 3 of them stood at the cash register gossiping about who knows what. Everyone once in a while I'd see them watching us but never offering any service. They seemed stuck up and not wanting to interact with customers. Oh em gee! I never thought I would need a personal shopper or stylist because I'm very good at styling myself. But when I walked into Fab'rik at The Forum and met the manager and stylist Jessica she showed me a whole new look for myself! She picked out an awesome Hawaiian style dress for my baby shower and I not only wore it to my baby shower but also after I gave birth and still wear it! So I got my money's worth for sure! This location is great and the group of gals that work there are allllll so friendly. No pushy sales over there! They genuinely care about your shopping experience. It's not like any ol boutique. I like Fab'rik. I'm a curvy girl with boobs (size 10) so I'm always looking out for unique tops that look great. Fab'rik did not disappoint. This location is really nice and the gals are so helpful, it reminded me of Dash Miami. My only question is 'where's the waterbar?' This Fab'rik has the best customer service of them all in my opinion. I've been to them all too. I saw an associate there that helped me at their Sandy Springs location and we remembered each other. That's great customer service! They have great sales and excellent shoe prices. I like how each store has different things to offer even though they all carry the same inventory. read more

I bought a $90 coat there 10 days ago and wore it three times when two holes in the coat appeared and the threading was coming out also. I had my receipt and went to return it. I was told they couldn't give me a cash refund as it was more than 7 days since I bought it and didn't have the tags on. Well who keeps the tags on merchandise? They only offered to give me a store exchange right then and there. I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to shop and if the coat ripped that easily what does that say about the rest of their merchandise? I was also in Dallas, TX 7 days ago so couldn't have returned it. I know their policy is their policy but I believe exceptions need to be made. 3 STARS was my initial rating only because I'm a thick girl with boobs and Fab'rik didn't have much that worked for me. With that said the shop girls were AMAZING so sweet and nice. I was in there for a good hour with my living social coupon trying to find something. The girls didn't hurry me or give me those looks like "ah you know you can't fit anything in here so why you looking!" During each of my 4 trips to the fitting room the girls were so lovely about taking my clothes off my arm and getting me a room. In the end I got two adorable tops that fit perfectly. I spent the last 10 minutes of my time at Fab'rik chatting it up with the ladies. Next time I'm in GA i will be back. read more

I enjoy stopping into this store and have found quite a few trendy items. The price is more than I want to pay for wearing it once. I've had two different dresses where the zipper has broken. Since then, I only buy what is on the sale rack since I will get maybe only one wear out of it. Their shoes on the other hand are priced exceptionally well once on sale. Denim is way overpriced. I've been to this Fab'rik a few times, but have never made a purchase. Due to Living Social's deal ($60 coupon), I excitedly stopped by over the weekend, fully intent on totally revamping my closet for spring (it appears that since I LOVE autumn, my sunny weather clothes are in short supply... Not sure how that I happened since I live in GA lol). Anyway, I always love Fab'rik's environment and it's true, they have super cute clothes that are usually very trendy (which reminds me that not all trends should be adopted because some of their selections were kind of a big miss), and not exorbitantly expensive. However, if you're seriously browsing to buy, you'll notice that many of the items are not worth the full price tag (I'm really not sure about handing over $78 for a 100% polyester sheer shirt that I might wear a total of 3 times...). Granted, everything in the store is under $100 (minus denim), so it is fairly kind to your wallet. Aside from pricing, I was totally bummed that they honestly have no sizes and quantity per style is extremely low, which makes me think that the best time to shop is the minute they have new arrivals. I wear an XS, so seeing a million M and L was disappointing. Anyway, I skipped the racks and headed over to the denim table, full of William Rast, Citizen for Humanity, Paige, Fab'rik's own label, Hudson, and probably some others... It was a little tricky finding my size (gosh, I'm sorry I'm so freaking petite!), but I'm sure anybody else won't have any issue. So, I ended up taking the plunge with a pair of skinny Hudsons (my very first!) that I'm very happy about. Really, you can never have too many pairs of jeans. Am I right? Yes. Oh, and the girl working there was really friendly, which is always great when it comes to boutiques. read more
