Towed an Audi to our shop, while they were on the way to our shop we got a call from a local citizen and were told of an Audi crossing the bridge that was bouncing all over and looked as if it were being damaged while being towed..When car Arrived i took a look and found it to be secured by the Alum, lower control arms with giant J hooks causing damage to lower control arms. When i told the driver he got RUDE and unloaded left and Called me SEVERAL times and threatened ME, to kick my ass WTF kinda place is this????? Drove half hour. No answer by phone. Girl was on phone forever chatting. Refused to give more than one key at a time to send me out to look by myself. First vehicle had a plain key and a security alarm started blaring. With and without the key. The subaru tribecas got issues...i left due to that and a second sign that says we dont pee in your yard dont pee in ours. and no bathroom to wash my hands after touching their car or door. read more

Just ripped my brother off for $2000 for towing and storage for 2 months! My brother just learned within the last week that his car was even there! If I could give K and K zero stars, I would. My husband and I initiated contact with them when a Craigslist ad said that they had the type of tires in stock that we needed for his truck. They were cheaper than others in the area. I called them to verify that they had these and they said, "If it's on the list, then we have it." We drove there to purchase the tires and have their mechanic change them. When we got there, they had us look at the tires they had in inventory and pick the ones we want. Half of them were bald or very worn. They did have a few good ones, so we picked those. They put them aside with our name on them so that when we came back to have the tires changed, the ones we purchased would be reserved. We then made an appointment with the lady at the front desk. I told her that they will have to be done with the vehicle within 30 minutes after the appointment time because I had to work, and that we will pick a different time NOW if that won't be possible. She said it would only take them 15 minutes, and that it will be fine. I showed up a little early to make sure that I would leave on time. The staff was called out on an emergency--he had to free a little kid who was trapped in a car. Totally understandable. I reminded the same lady at the desk that I had to work and asked if I should reschedule. She told me that they will be back shortly and can get it done on time. So I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, I told her that I have to leave for work in 5 minutes in order to make it there on time, and that, even if the mechanic showed up right now, I would still be late because it would take him as long as 15 minutes to change the tires. She muttered something very rude about how they couldn't have had it done by now anyway. I guess she doesn't understand how time works. If they start late, they end late, then I'm late to work. They already had our tires and we didn't want to deal with getting someone else to do it, so we rescheduled. We showed up for this appointment, and the mechanic was in... but they couldn't find our freaking tires. They were all running around yelling at each other about where the tires could be, I put them there, where did you see them last, etc. It was very unprofessional, and they acted as if we were the nuisances who caused them to all fight amongst themselves. We just wanted to pay them for changing our tires, and that is all. During the installation, the mechanic came into the lobby and asked us if we wanted the valves changed, too. We didn't know what this meant, so we asked, "What do they do?" and "Why would we need new ones?" and "How much will it cost?" He looked at us as if we were the most idiotic, moronic, absolutely unfathomably stupid people he had ever met for a few seconds (what do you expect? that's why YOU'RE changing the damn tires!), then curtly and abrasively answered our question. By that point we couldn't wait to get out of there. We went up to pay and thanked the lady at the front desk for rescheduling. Again, rude muttering about how they couldn't help that they were called away on an emergency and they couldn't have had it done on time, anyway. You'd think I was complaining rather than thanking her. The tires are good, and they seem to have been installed correctly. Nevertheless, we will never, EVER go back to K&K for any reason. Not if it were the last place on Earth that could sell us a car or change our tires. Overall they were inconsiderate, unprofessional, and rude. read more

I have purchased two Vehicles from them and have nothing bad to say. They were honest and upfront with both cars. Pointed out issues with the first one I purchased and were helpful in solving an issue with it. The second car is a gem and my daughter loves it. They deal in used cars, Low priced to help out folks who would otherwise not be able to have a car. I will be back to see them the next time we need a good used car! Wish I would have gone somewhere else. The pictures perfectly leave out the bad areas of vehicles. After skipping my main choice and going for a secondary car, I took it to my mechanic, after buying what I thought was a good deal. It had this wrong with it: front axles leaking transmission leaking spark plug wire needing to be replaced found out they kept the spare tire oil leaking from the engine somewhere and a few other things that were more maintenance than large repairs. Now on a positive note, the engine had 177+ compression in all 6 cylinders. Though spending 3.5x the price of the car on repairs, I'm not sure I would go here again. Even if it's a perfect car, they're gonna jack the spare tire, and the lady behind the counter lied on the phone right in front of me. So that makes me wonder. Seems like this place just takes in cheap dying cars, gives them a wax, steals the spare, and slaps a price on them. The mechanic looked at me a bit spaced out when I asked if they do compression tests there. :| He also said if they sound good and drive alright, they don't do anything. read more
