We were given multiple explanations for the delays, including a business move and other personal circumstances, but we never received photos of materials, progress updates, or any indication that our project was actively being worked on. After waiting far beyond the promised start date and making numerous attempts to communicate, we requested a refund. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
