Yikes! Anyways, I was greeted by Alex and he seemed to be patient and understanding. I also got it repaired at an affordable price to get it fixed asap and it only took 40 minutes to fix it. I couldn't agree more and thanked him a lot for taking his time to not rush, then told me and placed a phone protector screen carefully and neatly. Verizon routers stink, eight zero two point one one still? Gimme a break, Guam has faster Internet and I'm sure they get refurbished. Usually unreliable these cheap boxes always crap out, typically the board gets overloaded with heat. I'd love to take one of the three that broke down apart and examine the internals, sideer on a higher capacity resistor or something to try out, I still have so many parts from population days of old. They say "third time's a charm" well I say "three strikes and your out", jaded to corporate, jaded to crappy company components as well as jaded to a few other non mechanical things. So when I walked in, I was expecting a bumpy ride. I was the foreigner inside there which was nice for a change of pace, I love new people and new places. I determined the phones to the front and boxes to the back and set up on a stock guy that appeared under assigned. Going to immediate excuse land, I stated very matter of fact the routers problem, my intention and had all my account information at the ready. There was no way out, I'd used my charm and exactness to box him in and there's no way out but to fulfill my needs. I shouldn't have to defend that my phone became defective AFTER the new battery replacement. Fed up I didn't want them to fuck my phone more, I went to a reliable guy name Jimmy and he uses OEM part and fixed my camera for $20. Told 20 minutes to replace the batteries. They performed the battery swap. However, with one iPhone - the home button was shorted by the new battery. A 10% issue problem. Although, this was disappointing- the staff made it right- replaced the home button (made right their error) and I now have both fully functioning - new battery - phones.
