Needless to say I went with the other towing company. It is terrible when a business takes advantage of people just because they are in a vulnerable position. It is understandable that prices may vary slightly from one company to another, However, there is no excuse for charging someone 3 times the going rate for a tow. Shop around

Despite this, we were charged $1,187.59 which was clearly presented as a deposit on the invoice, but later we were told it was the total charge for the visit and diagnosis. The pricing and communication were misleading and it felt like unnecessary delays were used to increase the bill. I would not recommend using this company and suggest others get everything in writing before agreeing to service.
