I'm in Canada taking care of Mom and my wife is in Greenville. The a/c and the locks quit working on our Expedition. A shop my wife took the vehicle to yesterday in Greenville charged several hundred dollars to fix the air but it still was barely working. The locks? They don't do those at that repair shop. Since my wife was going to Anderson to visit her uncle at the VA nursing home anyway, she asked me to find her a place there that could look at the vehicle. I chose K and M because of great reviews and called. Tom said for my wife to stop by. She did and the a/c was working perfectly in just a couple minutes! A line was crimped or something. This week my wife will take the vehicle back to these awesome people to get the locks wiring checked out. K and M Automotive saved the day! My battery and alternator died on Highway 85 while returning from vacation in Florida. I had my van towed to a nearby hotel. The next day I googled some local repair shops. I decided to give K and M a call. I'm glad I did! I explained my situation to Tom. They towed my van to their shop, did some tests, ordered my parts and had my van fixed the same day! They also picked me up from the hotel as a courtesy! My family and I made it safely back home. These guys have been good to us every time we need them. We've used them a few times, and so far they have been fair and transparent on what they are doing with our cars. Price seems reasonable, and they offer towing as well. I'll definitely keep coming back to them in the future. read more

This company towed my car from a private lot without my knowledge to a half mile from where I parked and charged me $400. They also demanded that I had to pay them cash to get my car back only an hour after towing. According to thier website they take all credit cards. Excessive extortion practices. Avoid at all costs. read more

Go nowhere else! 10 stars! We are on vacation and needed a very last minute brake change when I realized the pads started rubbing as soon as I pulled into the hotel at 4:50pm on a Friday. I called K and M after searching Yelp and he told me swing by the parts store on the way and pickup the pads they'll do it right away, even though the close at 5! I had new pads on by 6pm. Not only was the service beyond prompt, but it was just good work(coming from someone familiar with the work). You just don't find business like this anymore! Do NOT use this company !!!!!! NO! I live in Seneca I happened to be in Anderson yesterday and my CVaxle broke . I needed to be towed. Once the tow was dispatched I was told an ETA of 150 minutes by my insurance company which was putting it at 9:30- 9:45 pm . I NEVER heard from this company this whole time I called twice finally my call was returned close to 10pm at this point we were past my ETA time. Told me the tow truck was in Lauren's held up BUT offered me the service car (burgundy minivan) to come get me and take me to my home in Seneca with strict instructions to leave my keys in the car and lock it . So I did . State Farm reached out to them around 11pm the owners BROTHER told them they were in route. I called at 12:04 and was told 30-45 minutes... mind you I explained I had $$498 worth of groceries in the back of my car I didn't want them to spoil. Still no car . 6am I started calling.. FOURTY THREEtimes. No answer . I send my dad to location of car to check the car was still there as of 8am. State Farm cancelled them and called someone else that guy calls me at 10am car is GONE!!! My dad went back, confirmed car was gone . Another 19 phone calls NOTHING. At this point I got the cops involved they found my car... my dad rode by tow company no car . Cops go by... few hours later, there was my car sitting out front no tow truck!!!!!! Was not supposed to be there the tow destination was to my home in SENECA!!!! Was not allowed to speak to the owner. Was never given an explanation of where my car was. why no phone call. NOTHING!!! Just wanted me to be appreciated that the driver took me home lastnight .
