People had to use flashlights and phone screens to use the bathroom. He didn't seem to care about the issue and just kept saying well it wasn't a big deal. Maybe not to him. But to me it was. We paid for septic service that did not…read moreresolve the issue, and it was clear the job was not fully completed as soon as the first flush showed the backing up continuing. The problem continued until a second paid visit finally fixed it. Since then, we've made multiple attempts to request a refund for the original service and have not received a direct answer. Instead, the company has avoided addressing the refund altogether. Paying for a service that doesn't fix the problem is one thing--refusing to take responsibility afterward is another. Based on this experience, I would be cautious.

We worked with Kyle to create a multi-step plan to get the site 'up and running' again. Kyle cleared, graded, and added 75 tons of stone to an existing driveway.
