Later that same evening, he happened to drive the other way past my house and noticed that an interior dome light was still on inside the car. He took the trouble to call me and let me know that the light was on; if he hadn't called, it might have stayed on all night and run the battery down. Above and beyond expectations.

They charge you for crap that you don't need instead of fixing the ACTUAL problem, and they upcharge. Their labor rate is crazy. The last people to jump my car gave a number to call if I had anymore issues. I called it and asked for a tow. I didn't have to wait long and we met Matt (awesome guy!). He actually drove us home. I was pleased to find out that the company also does repairs. So they got it in, told me the issue they found, quoted me a very fair price for part and labor. They have been awesome communicating through the process. It has been a wonderful breath of fresh air let me tell you! I've been told that finding a great mechanic is like having a great doctor. Turned out to be a bad ignition coil on cylinder 2, and they got it fixed quickly and at a fair price. What stood out most was the honesty and professionalism. They recommended a carbon cleaning service for later on but made it clear there was no pressure at all. The owner even told me he'd rather spend extra time diagnosing the issue correctly than waste my money replacing unnecessary parts, which is hard to find nowadays.
