We hired this company to complete work on my fiancé's truck. Unfortunately, the experience was…read moreextremely unprofessional and disappointing. They accepted payment but did not complete the job. Parts were removed from the truck and never returned, and when my fiancé attempted to contact them to resolve the issue, he was blocked from all communication. We have made multiple attempts to reach the owners directly to calmly resolve this and retrieve the parts, but instead of responding professionally, they cut off contact entirely. The job was originally quoted to take two weeks. It ended up dragging on for eight weeks and was still left unfinished. Throughout this time, we were repeatedly given excuses involving illnesses and medical situations. We were patient and understanding for weeks, but after catching multiple inconsistencies, it became clear we were being misled. We have left Google reviews as well, and the responses from the company contain false statements. We have all communication documented via text messages and are prepared to share them if needed. My fiancé invested a significant amount of money into this job, and being blocked instead of offered a resolution is unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.

I thought maybe I should take my car to a BMW expert but to m surprise the engine was replaced in a week and I was able to continue my trip to Miami Fl. He did what I thought was a good job which wasn't bad giving his situation (getting a used engine from a salvaged car) but as soon as i reached my destination i had several leaks. i ended up taking my car to BMW any way and they noticed that it was a half ass job. i had wires zip tied the oil pan gaskets leaked the gaskets on the headers leaked. long story short i ended paying another $4000 just to clean up the leaks. I asked roger to please take your time don't rush but i guess its in one ear and out the other. I like the fact he did a fast job but now i wish it was a better job then fast job.
