They handled everything directly with Progressive, including taking photos, sending documentation, and working through the claim so I didn't have to chase anything down. They also helped line up rental cars, which made a huge difference in keeping things stress-free. The quality of their work is excellent, and their turnaround time really impressed me. On one job, I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday and had it back by Friday--and that included a full bumper, fender, and hood replacement along with paint. Everything came back looking great. On top of that, they're just genuinely good people. Friendly, easy to talk to, and they even remember my name when I come in--which says a lot.
