I told the lady that and she said it's not true- then fix your hours!!!! Why did she answer the phone on a Saturday then??? They held my car for the whole weekend!!! I called on Monday to get the address and pay, she didn't have the rate and said she would call me back... never did, and when I called back at 4pm she tells me "we close at 5, and cars need to be out by 4:30" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!? She had me waiting for her to call me back and probably dragging it so I would pay more. She told my boyfriend it would be $300, and then they told me $425... THIEFS!!!!!! I went to get it and the hood was popped open, they scratched the door to get in because the alarm went off, there were smudges everywhere, they unplugged the batteries and expected me to get out of the property like that!? Right after looking at me in the eyes and telling me "we don't damage property in this lot"... they broke a button near the stick shift, she had to call someone so they could walk her through on how to plug my batteries back in....
