Every contact we have had with Wolverine employees has been a delightful experience. Recently during the annual service, the technician took the time to explain the things we needed to watch for which we found very helpful. I did not realize that after a long usage, due to an outage, the oil needs to be checked. I also did not realize that Wolverine left a quart of oil in the generator to use if needed. The serviceman showed me how to check the oil and where it was stored for future use. We have recommended them to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so. Rob W

The tech fixed the issue and then charged OVER $800 PLUS SERVICE CALL TO REPLACE A $35 PART. $35 was the OEM cost through the company site. When Mr. RITTER was confronted he threatened to sue me while demanding he come take the furnace apart immediately on a Friday night costing me yet again another after hours service call from another company vs returning my call right away during business hours earlier in the week.
