Both of them did what they said they would do, and when they would do it. They always followed through. They never made false hopes or did the obligatory "pat on the head". I began working with Ed, Candace, and Beyond Breakeven Inc. in early January 2012, part time, as a Project Screener. My wife, started as an Appointment Setter in early December, 2011. When I saw how happy she was, I did ask her if BBI needed a part time person to handle nights and weekends. After speaking with Ed, I knew I had to be a part of BBI! Luckily, I was accepted! In May of 2012, I was laid off from the full time employer, and Ed brought me on full time!! Now, I ask you, how often does than happen? This was the first position I had where I felt I was a part of something great, not just a number or someone that did not matter to the employer, like the one that laid me off. He really had my interest at heart!!! Ed and Candace provided me with first class training, and did not make me feel stupid whenever I asked questions or made a mistake. When a mistake was made, I was shown how and why it was a mistake. I actually got to learn from them. Ed also provided me with books to read to better myself. I still have them and read them. During my tenure with Ed Keels and BBI, I spoke with hundreds of people looking to buy or start a business. Helping people get to that point made me feel great, and really made my day knowing I was able to help them realize their dreams. My time with BBI sadly ended due to health issues in December 2014. I am now on the mend, and I do use the tools and knowledge gained from Ed and Candace! My startup company is up and running, which it would not be if it had not been for the expertise of Ed and Candace Keels, and Beyond Breakeven, Inc.

Why bother to leave a fragmented and disjointed review when it is clearly evident no service was actually performed? As to the clauses within the contract anyone is free to read it and simply not do business with a particular company. It seems lots of people have a rather dull ax to grind with business they simply disagree with.

I was led to believe our specific needs would be addressed and was given nothing but confidence that they would, at considerable expense. I am cautious going forward to get the help I need from valid and truly modern management sources. My hope is to alert the veterinary profession to this scam. I would strongly advise ANY owner in ANY industry to run far and fast from this "agency." The CEO Eric is nothing more than a sleazy salesman and petty thief who will lie to your face about what they can do and promise a full refund if you aren't satisfied, do absolutely nothing for months while stringing you along, lie outright to you about issuing a refund (I literally have an email from Eric saying that a refund had been issued and the money had left their account - of course it never arrived). After paying them $5K to produce exactly 2 $498 sales in 2 months (and flushing almost $8K in ad spend down the toilet in the process as their utterly incompetent "sales rep" burned through my leads left and right) I told them I was done. Eric promised a refund as this was written into the contract but said that it would it would take 60-90 days to issue the refund which is insane. That conveniently got Alphaleads outside of the window to issue a chargeback and I'm 100% convinced that Eric never had any intention of issuing a refund. He completely ghosted me after they already had taken my money. I cannot stress enough how sleazy and awful he and this entire agency are. The good reviews are guaranteed 100% fake - notice that they are all posted on the same day directly after negative reviews to try and bury them. Please save yourself a lot of headache and a lot of lost revenue and stress and RUN far and fast from this joke of a business.

Its not a bad school, just a little caught back in the old age with technology. They offer no…read more(video online classes) they're only going to provide it for temp (due to the coronavirus pandemic) otherwise, you have to drive to class (no matter how far you're) to get it done, which shouldn't be the case. We are in the age of (Zoom) and (Facebook chat) just to name a couple that offer live video feeds, for people to be able to attend class. Besides that, it's a great school! but they need to get their future class stuff up and start with online video classes. People shouldn't have to drive to class (like back in the days) technology changes everything in an awesome way! :).
