He will take your business but will not do the work for months and months and he won't even be upfront about it. He would tell you couple weeks and before you know it it is three four months and the work is still not done and you don't even have a date on when it will get done. And if you make a mistake of calling him to ask when he would come to do the work, he wouldn't answer calls for weeks and weeks. And when he eventually answered, he was disrespectful and rude you he was yelling, screaming and swearing. Oh I forgot to mention the only reason he answered was because we called from a different phone number that he didn't recognize so probably thought a new job that he can sign a contract for but never does. I asked for a deep clean That including the refrigerator inside and out the inside of the kitchen cabinets, the ceiling fans, light fixtures, all of that. I've been getting cleaning services for over 15 years and this has to be the worst one. There is visible food and stain still on the inside of all of my cabinets on the top of the fridge on the fridge doors. I'm having to go back and re-clean everything despite paying $500 for this service. Not only was the cleaning sub par - they spent 6 hours here 'according to them' and did what? I mean clearly NOT a deep clean. I am extremely disappointed and feel completely lied to, gaslit and taken advantage of because we were out of town when we ordered the service. Extremely disappointed. And to top it off. They were not even easy to deal with or communicate with.

Pam coached us through picking out a carpet, arranged for the installation amidst a large project that her crew was already involved in and an unplanned non work related accident of one of her installers. Due to our work schedules, we were unable to be home when the carpet was installed. When I arrived at home from work, the carpet was in, looked fantastic, and the installer added some touches along the threshold that we had not considered at all. Today I'm having the carpet cleaned by another company from way up in the north of the state. I like to shop locally and give my business to members of my community but this is really ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional. I needed major help, and Jason was amazing to work with. He was quick and responsive, and got me scheduled right away. He was experienced enough to know what had to be done, honest enough to let me know what I could get away with, and smart enough to plan it all out perfectly. The cat urine one was the real concern, because the two rooms were actually unlivable; I feared that they were a complete loss. Jason managed to perfectly repair and seal everything away, and after that work it was 100% better. Those rooms were done so well that I moved my master bedroom into that space, and it's been wonderful. For floor with fire damage, he came up with a plan that suited my needs exactly: safe, solid, and I didn't care if it was a little ugly. All of Jason's work was well planned, his prices were absolutely reasonable, and the end result couldn't have been better. (Especially the 2 main rooms - I mean WOW, that's been a life changer. Cat urine is basically impossible to just clean away or cover up.) If you have serious work that needs to be done right, call up ATC.
