Was very surprised when I paid higher than airport prices for a pitcher of beer. $30/pitcher and the pitcher only fills two and a half glasses (big " chiller" in the center of the pitcher). LIGHTS OUT Twice they've put my party in a bay with a light out and we have to ask to be switched. The second time they wouldn't give us our full time even though we brought it to their attention right away. ALWAYS DIRTY The floor will sometimes have trash (see photo of mashed food and drink straws) and more than once the table isn't completely wiped. FOOD ALWAYS COLD I've ordered several menu items and they ALWAYS come out warm or cold. SERVICE Service is hit or miss depending on who you get. Sometimes we get someone very attentive and sometimes we'll get someone who says hi at the beginning and is only seen again when our time is up. KITCHEN AND BAR HOURS They've now told us that the kitchen and bar will close an hour before they close so if you book for an hour at the end of the night you won't have any food or alcoholic beverages.
