Come to find out, ALL of the oil in my car was GONE. That does NOT just happen out of nowhere. I had a good amount of oil before I brought my car there, and somehow right after I leave, it's magically empty? Why was my oil even taken out in the first place? The only thing I can think of is to try to "prove" I had an oil leak which makes zero sense. That is extremely dangerous. You can literally destroy someone's engine or put them in a dangerous situation doing something like that. As a woman, that whole experience felt disgusting, disrespectful, and like I was being taken advantage of. I don't recommend this place AT ALL. Be very careful bringing your car here. The driver then came over to the window and I asked how I was supposed to pay. He told me they are contracted through Kendall County so do not worry about it. The cop waved me through and I went on with my day. A lady called me from a number saying I was supposed to pay on scene and that I needed to pay today. I explained I was already late to work and going in but I would drop off cash (since there is a fee to pay with my debit/credit card). I told her to email or text me the address and did not share with me how far away she was. I text back and explained what happened and that she may want to talk to her employees and she called me a liar in so many words (stating my story would NEVER happen). She then sent me a link to an invoice that has no explanation (does not even state flat rate) for $150.00 which I don't even know is correct. Again - I am at work after a rough morning and understand I need to pay but she is now texting me from her cell phone demanding payment. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to call the police and make sure this company is even legit!
