I had a very hard time believing that so we told them I was coming to pick her car up with a trailer the following weekend. They then tell us that they will be charging like $20 a day for the car to sit in their lot. Long story short, we had AAA tow it from their shop to the one I work at in Norwalk. They had told us that oil was everywhere under the hood and the motor was toast. I checked it out and found coolant everywhere, not oil. I then found that the water pump had locked up causing the timing belt to melt and shred itself which ultimately caused the motor to jump time and not run. I spent a little over $200 on a timing belt kit and fixed the car no problem instead of listening to their nonsense and putting a whole new motor in it which would have cost thousands!

I have gone to him eight times in the past two years at first he was OK never remembers you but every time it gets worse and worse and every single time he yells at you on the phone this time was it. I took my car to Tuffy's after Ericksons did $400 of work on my car and my service engine light was still on and then he asked me if I had any problems with my brakes I've never had an issue with my brakes until I left his shop the next day I went to Tuffy's in they said that he drained my brake fluid was completely empty I've never had problems just had an oil change all things were tapped off and go in the same place to have an oil change for the last six years but all of a sudden it was empty or you serious so he's trying to cause problems on my car now I need brakes and my calibers are bad because I drove with no brake fluid in my car this is not even half of what this man is done do not waste your time he is legitimately crazy and he forgets everything he could have your car for a week unless you call him he wouldn't even start on it it could be sitting in front of his door he does not remember anything. The estimate was more than reasonable and we brought the car to him to repair later that week. The job was done in a timely fashion and we went ahead and asked him if he could do an oil change as well. He said give him an hour and the car was ready to be picked up. Had to have belt replaced roadside, and it is extremely loud due to the old belt melted in the pulleys. Priority 1 denied any fault and said it was the alternator. No offer to compensate for the additional belt or labor incurred on roadside. Never going back!!
