EDIT: Slight revision to review since over Christmas I under ordered and needed just one box more and they went too excited to help with that. He didn't return my calls and when i did speak to him he didn't seem very interested so I ended up finding what I needed at the Carpet Store. I know it was just one extra box I needed but ya know..... Always been my go-to store for tile since their days at the 22nd Ave N store in St. Pete. Quality value and selection are fantastic and no matter what EVERY single time I go in, I find something that fits the job I'm doing perfectly for the right price. Please read all reviews including Google reviews BEFORE you give any money to this business. Unfortunately we didn't investigate before we bought over $8000 worth of tile from them. Now, we are almost six months later and still don't have our full order or money back. You can also Google the business and owner, Keith Lisenko, and find stories by the local news where other people have been scammed. Also check Sunbiz.org. I can't say enough about K&S Wholesale Tile. Dan and I have be looking on and off for about a month now and this place was hands down the best. Not only was the showroom beautiful with a huge selection but the guy(possibly the owner) was one of the nicest people I've come across in a long time. He was very helpful answering questions, NOT pushy in the least and when we went to pay for the tile samples he said "that is not necessary go home see if you like them. We're all about the honor system here". Such a refreshing change to see a great products, amazing prices and wonderful costumer service....we will definitely be getting our tile there and any tile in the future. read more

I guess bigger is not always better. Order special tile, was told it was in when my contractor went to get it, it wasn't in. It took an additional 5 days and we had to call to ask if it was in. When we would call, no one answered the phone, left a message no return call. Then we were short and had to order additional tile, over the phone. I asked if Ithey wanted me to pay for it. My husband and I went to the showroom, no one inside the showroom. Finally had a conversation and was told the tile was on the truck and it should be in the next day. Well that didn't happen, then I called again and got a story about a problem with the distributor. Well I finally call the distributor to find another tile company who could have had the tile in two days, I spoke to the lady explained my situation that I would go get it myself, I told her my story and she was aware of my order and said it wasn't shipped because it wasn't paid for. So I was calling the other company, when the manufacturer called me and said that they paid for it and I would have it in two days. I would much rather have someone tell the truth then to give me a runaround. So that is the story, sad but true. I use to go to the store on 22nd Avenue, the service was great. I will not be going back to K*S and will not recommend them as I did before. I wish them well. read more

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. We opened a restaurant and went here to look at tile, needless to say the 3 " sales people" never even acknowledged us and we let them know it on the way out. Sad to say this but it makes it hard to support the small local business man when people like this are working. They lost a $2500 sale. read more

Buyer BEWARE. Took $6700 of our money for prepaid tile and 4 months later still do not have the tile, and Keith doesn't have the money to refund us!!! Basically, Keith got an interest free loan from us for 4 months to pay his taxes and other expenses. Doesn't return phone calls. Even when we went back there twice to talk to him, he is not interested in making restitution with us. It's basically "Oh,well I just don't have the money" Worse business practice!!!!! Our initial visit was outstanding and tile we wanted had to be special ordered, which required payment in full. After three weeks the tile was not in and was on backorder. Three months the tile was still not in. We then picked a second tile that was "available" but had to be ordered with the same story - it will be here in two weeks. Two months later Keith had our $1,000 and would not credit the account. After multiple calls and him dodging and not returning our calls, we had to resort to contacting our bank. This guy cannot be trusted, and I caution anyone that places a special order to think twice about giving this guy any money up front. Would never recommend this place. read more

Had a great experience in-store with a very nice, patient, helpful rep. However when we ordered the tile we were told 7-10 days at the latest. Now several days past that with minimal explanation. The contractor and I have both called multiple times, no one has answered the phone nor have they returned our calls. We still have no real idea when the tile will be there, but it has delayed our project and now we may not be able to move into our home on time. We are very disappointed as our initial experience was great. We will not be recommending. Wish them well but need to fix some major issues. read more

Ok, folks. The good part: They have a very large selection of tile. Some wonderful selections. Pricing is ok, just about Clearwater market average. Now the bad part: I ordered enough tile to cover 1300 square feet. Fairly large order. The order was delayed by several weeks, but, again, ordering an Italian tile comes with some problems, like delays. 3/4 into the job, by contraction tells me that the order is wrong: the tile design is made up of 3 different sizes; we received way too many of two sizes and not enough of the third size. Trying to correct this problem with many contractors working on the house in synchrony was a major feat! The only way to correct it was to order the right amount of the missing size. We're talking almost another $800! Keith said that we could correct the order later after the chaos of that particular part of the house renovation was completed. Ok, the floor has been completed and it is lovely (remember that "good part"). Soooo, I personally loaded up all the tiles that were never used of those two sizes and I took it back to Keith in order to talk about a refund since the error was on the side of the manufacturer and not mine. Keith promised that he would talk to the manufacturer and get back to me. Well, that was October 18th and this is now November 13th. I've called and called and left messages for Keith to give me that update and, guess what? I haven't heard a word back!!! I've learned that Keith codes your name to your phone number so that he knows who's calling. He sees my name and phone number and has someone else (Earl) "take a message." Well, I'm frustrated and sick of dealing with these folks. He (and/or the manufacturer) owes me money! This has been an ongoing nightmare. This hellish experience explains my review. It's my only way of warning YOU to beware. Yes, the selection is great, but the customer service and pricing is better elsewhere. BEWARE!!! read more

Went here to look at tile, when we first arrived the girl acknowledged us..we didn't find anything inside and went outside to looked out back...we found tile we liked, I brought the tile inside due to the fact no one was outside to help us and the 2 associates were sitting with there feet up on the desk watching a movie...I asked what the price was on the tile, he gave me a price and I walked back outside, my husband found another tile that he liked we proceeded to go back into the store to get a price on the tile, again both associates sitting with feet on desk watching a movie...my husband and I left...guess they don't want customers read more
