I've attached some pictures to back-up my statements. This is what I've seen so far: Missing items (I want these back): * 1 brown wicker cabinet w/4 drawers (2 on top, 20-1/2" W x 29-1/2 H x 16" D) (see attached which is similar). * 2 big boxes of books/miscellaneous. Furniture has damage (see attached). Squashed and ripped boxes (see attached). Footprints/marks on medicine containers (see attached). Dirt/marks on larger decorative bins (see attached). I reached out to Brandon several times to resolve this to no avail. Then there were disparaging messages from him (see attached). He says I'm a messy old lady (see attached). Who isn't messy when they are moving? For someone who was paid VERY WELL, great tip, plus expensive donations, I feel extremely disrespected, offended, and ripped off, and made to feel less than. This 'business' is horrible, refused to provide (and may not have) license information…read moreor insurance information, continuously failed to respond in a timely manner, and ultimately canceled the day before a move when pressed for information about their business. They have no local address, attempt to hide from responsibility and liability by using a Texas shell address, and in general in no way operate like a reputable company. They may be cheaper, but it is only because they operate outside the law. I tried to hire them for an interstate move, and from start to the ultimate fail, they provided none of the standard information or paperwork. Do not use. If zero stars were available, that would be my ranking.
