He explained which of the items on my list I could save some money and do myself like caulking the tub. He showed me how to tighten my faucet handles AND he fixed a leak in my toilet. He showed me where my water turn off was. I know, really basic homeowner stuff I didn't know. The prices were reasonable. There was a few days he didn't even show up. Eli is very rude. Loud does not listen to the customer and he is a liar. Lies about everything. He has caused damage to my home from his negligence of not supervising his helpers and today my siding was damaged along with the bricks to my steps was damaged and the flashing to my porch header was damaged. He did not finish the job and he packed up his stuff and left. This project started on 8/15 to 9/5 and it still has not been completed Anybody that is thinking about hiring this guy think twice because he's nothing but a big drama factory and a huge headache to deal with.

He then charged me $85 fee which he did not explain when I first talk with him. The $85 was supposed to be deductible off the $350 when the job was complete. However, he said he could start the job Saturday morNing. Eli never showed up nor did he call. When I called him he stated he was at a job that he had not completed. He then stated he had a sinus infection. He said he start the crown molding Sunday morning. Sunday morning Eli didn't show and didn't call. When I called him he stated he was at a job he hadn't completed. He then told me he could start my job the following Wednesday. I texted him later and told him not to bother and I had hired someone else. He offered to return half off the $85. He said he would stop by and he never showed up. I called him and told him to leave a check in my mailbox. He said no because he said I needed to sign somethin. He never showed up. He called me and told me he would stop over with a money order. He hung them with his usual precision and attention to detail. It's all perfectly centered, leveled, distributed, and aligned. Last time I needed services like this, we paid contractors through the retailers we had purchased from. His pricing is competitive, he was easier to schedule, and he did a MUCH better job. He is a perfectionist -- he worked very hard to make sure everything was done just right. Though I tried to offer him the "easy way out" on a couple small tasks to keep things simple, he gently insisted on going the extra mile to make sure it was all completed exactly as it should be. I had expected a day of trying to work through a lot of noise and distractions but he worked so quietly and was extremely respectful and professional.
