No call for a few days, which surprised me a bit, but whatever, no biggie. I went online, including Yelp looking for window cleaners, for my new place. I found K&T Window Cleaning with good reviews and thought 'Great. If these guys have a decent price I'll book them and cross it off my To-Do list'. That turned out to be Wishful Thinking... I went to their website and filled out a quote form with detailed information about my project. It promised an instant quote. That part was all good and I received the quote quickly. I responded accepting the quote amount. I expected to hear back with next steps but didn't... I then tried responding to the actual quote email asking how to proceed with scheduling. -No response. I gave it another few days and tried emailing again. -Same result. No response... At this stage one would normally give up and move on. However, I'm very busy and thought I would give it one more try to save myself the time of having to go back and do the research, since I had already invested that time, plus the time to try and correspond with them previously. So I called and left a voicemail at the business number. I included the quote number, my phone number and the fact that I had tried to reach them via email several times previously. Yeah... You guessed it... Crickets..!! Nothing. Nada. Zilch!!! So, I'm assuming THESE GUYS ARE either OUT OF BUSINESS, or just too busy to respond to numerous attempts at communication to them. In any case, I have moved on and found window cleaners that are grateful for my business. I was so hopeful with this company! They were so friendly (although I did have to call them multiple times to schedule) and arrived on time and explained their unique process. The outside looks good but the inside looks like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. I called and emailed repeatedly but they have not responded. Very expensive service (plus they asked for tip). read more

Excellent service! Moved into my house recently and don't think the siding or the windows have been cleaned in years. They now look absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend the gutter whitening...really added to the over all finished look of the house. I was blown away that the owner of the company is actually the guy who cleaned the siding! He said he likes to treat every house like his own and I can now see that. Sam and Ian were great as well. They spent extra time making sure the windows were perfect and before they left, they made sure to ask if there was anything they could go back over or touch up before they left. I am blown away at the impact K&T made on our home! Our house is over 100 years old and we have a mix of new and storm windows. Khris did an amazing job on all of them. He cleaned about 15 windows and 3 doors. I couldn't believe how much brighter the interior of the house looked when he was done! I was so happy with his service that I asked for a bunch of his business cards so we could hand them out during a neighborhood historical tour our home was in that weekend. We had over 300 people in our house that weekend and a lot of them took his card because they were so impressed with the job he did. I tried to clean our windows myself last year; I couldn't get to the screens, and I couldn't clean the outside of the storm windows, yet it still took me several hours AND I wasn't happy with the end result. I recently had K&T clean my windows, including 3 clerestory windows and a chandelier. I could not have been happier with results. The clerestory windows and chandelier have never been cleaned and it's lovely to see them sparkle along with rest of the windows! Kris and Sam were great and took the time to tell me about their purified water system. All I can say is that it worked great and I cannot image washing another window myself! I worked with Tracy to get the appointment set up. Kris came on time, with help. Kris and his workers power washed our house and patio area. Kris got the black spot off the siding by the bonus room windows. The last guy that power washed the house wasn't able to get the spot off. The windows were cleaned inside and out. They were able to do the entry windows that were 2 stories up and clean our light in the foyer. We didn't have a ladder that reached and couldn't do it ourselves. The price was reasonable. When we need our windows cleaned again, we will definitely use K & T Window Cleaning. They also do our snow removal too. I am so happy we found them. read more
