I've gotten two lash lifts here now, overall, it's pretty good! They are $68 by card and $65 if paying by cash. I've usually selected any lash technician, since I'm not sure who to go to yet. The first time I went, the tech took about 45 minutes. The second time I went, the tech took about 30 minutes. Both were very gentle, such that I did doze off at least a couple of times. I guess something to note is that they don't really ask you how lifted you want your lashes, so you might want to specify if you have specific ideas in mind. I probably preferred my second experience a little more in that the lash technician seemed to be meticulous with her technique, and more controlled with her movements (particularly when cleaning my eyelids and lashes). Although the second time, my right eye lashes were slightly less lifted than my left. It's subtle but noticeable to me, and I wonder if it's because my previous lift is lasting a bit longer than my left, so she probably lifted it a bit less (unitentionally). My lash lift from my first visit was still somewhat there (I had gotten it two months prior to my second one), so I'd expect not to need another one for two months from this. Your results might vary depending on your lash growth. It's pretty easy to book appointments online. There's plenty of parking, although they do share it with a gym. In terms of where you'll be seated, there's a common room where everyone can get their services done, and there seems to be two private rooms. For the first time, I ended up in the common room, and the second time I ended up in the private room. I will definitely be back! read more

I've been going to this place to try lash extensions and lash lifts for the last 2 years. They have always been gentle and detailed with their work. My most recent one with Silver is by far my favorite. Every lash was lifted/curled to the pattern I enjoy and it didn't hurt. The calm music and comfortable recliners are very soothing. I am a certified aesthetician and eyelash is one thing I care the most about. They are fragile and must be taken care of well. I did my eyelash perms(lash lift) typically they should last or be done within 30 minutes because lasting longer than that will damage the lashes. It took them more than 40 minutes and the whole process was not very professional. My lashes are not stable and they look curled even on the edges and I could tell the hairs were damaged and thinned out. I will never go back. read more

Well, it wasn't my first time getting my lashes done here. I did mine before with Lany and I didn't have any issues but this time around my eye got poke twice and the experience wasn't really good from start to finish, my eye was hurting and I can feel it and it hurts so bad when the lady separated the lash. My eyes were really red and you can't really tell my lashes had extensions. My real lash wasn't align with the extensions and even just normally blinking I can feel the pain. It was really a nightmare session to be honest. I used to love this place but they really went downhill. I don't see lany on their line up so I didn't get the chance to book her. Rude employees . I accidentally booked an appointment at their Stockton location for lashes and their Bond location for a scalp treatment for the same day. I wanted them both to be at the same location. I called them and someone texted me it was taken care of . It obviously wasn't because the next day I received an angry phone call from a woman asking if i was still coming in as I was "10 min late to my appointment". I explained the situation and the conversation I had with her coworker and she hung up on me . She then proceeded to text me that she would be collecting my no show cancellation fee. I have never experienced such an angry and disgruntled employee . She must really hate working for this company to be acting the way she did. I would leave ZERO if I could. I understand that there maybe zero refund policies in place, HOWEVER that should come w/exception because each circumstance is different and being as big of a business as lashes are, I'm confident that they have ins & make enough to buffer the occasional refund. I have had lashes on before. I've never ever experienced an allergic reaction until now. During my appointment I told the artist multiple times that my eyes were burning & she says "it's normal" & proceeds to blast the fans which help minimally. After the process she says open my eyes but I'm terrified because they still burn & idk if they're gonna burn worse upon opening! My eyes are BLOODSHOT like every blood vessel has burst & I tell her it hurts pretty bad can I rinse she says "no, no water for 24hrs" & she hands me a fan. Fast forward later that night my actual EYEBALLS ACHE like I'm takin Motrin & holding ice cubs to my eyes. Now, at some point during the day I realize I didnt get my $5 off discount for paying w/cash.. I text Kevin I was OVER CHARGED (this details imp) & he's like no problem, come pick it up, okay cool. Now the next morning I can barely open my eyes my lashes are soo gooped up w/yellow goop it's DEEsgusting! (Those not posted) but I'm like oh heck no! Water hurts. Ice hurts. Blinking hurts. I just start cutting the lashes off. I immediately text Kevin & let him know. I SEND PICTURES! I tell him "I'm in pain, I can't see, I have no lashes now either & on top of that, I have to call off work & my sisters going to get my OVER CHARGE" HE OFFERS ME 20% off. At this point I'm frustrated but I keep it cool, I thank him for that but let him knows eyesight & ability to work are more valuable then 20% off of something I don't plan on doing again. Now he offers me 50%.. he's not getting it. So I let him know I'm know I'm NOT looking to get discounts or free services. I let him know I don't mind paying for services I enjoy. Then I say "that said, if you'd like to offer me the 50% in ADDITION TO MY R E F U N D just due to my experience (notice how I didn't say over charge or over payment) that I'd take it, but it would be at a diff location.. OTHERWISE I'd just like my REFUND. Flash forward to the next day my sisters there & all they are offering is the $5 so I call Kevin & ask what's going on & he says "we don't do refunds" I tell him he led me on to believe he was in agreement & he says it was about the $5 so I tell him AFTER that convo the only mention o made of $$ was my REFUND. He hangs up on me. Am I crazy to think a business person wouldn't confuse/assume that when someone repeatedly states REFUND that they aren't talking about the over charge/over payment? Anyways, all I asked was for my refund. But now when I take Kevin to court I'm also asking for the days worth of wages I missed. The LEAST he could've done was offered it back to me himself OR FREE services elsewhere (depending on products used) him trying to cheap today is gonna cost him more later. I had been coming to this studio for over two years. Things were going well until November 23 when Annie did my lashes. It was a fill and yes, it was 3 weeks since the last time. Fills are $70 but $20 after two weeks. Why did she charge me $100 and didn't tell me until after she did it. Anyways. Fast forward to today. It was a month to the day. I got assigned to Annie, again and she told me that since it's been OVER four weeks that she's going to have to remove my lashes and do a whole new set that was going to cost $145. I did question her and told her it wasn't over four weeks it's a month exactly. She said it was as 4 weeks and two days. I canceled the appointment because she was not an honest person. This was my second appointment and I'm very pleased with how Annie listened to what I wanted, made recommendations, and took her time to make sure I loved my lashes. She also made sure to double check her work, ask me throughout the process if I liked them. Annie's work is definitely 10/10. On a side note, this location is next to the gym. Was part of the gym and can a bit loud; however, you get relaxed enough during the appointment to not notice as much. The owner is still making the place pretty so might hear some other noises. I have been coming to K&V Lash Studio in Elk Grove for over a year now. Most of the time, it is a decent experience. Lately, however, it has been borderline unacceptable. I always make appointments, and they finally got around to taking me 45 minutes AFTER my appointment should have started. Despite making appointments and confirming them within 48 hours of the appointment, they routinely try to reschedule me without my permission, sometimes within an hour of when my service is supposed to be starting. They tried to reschedule me an hour before my appointment, made it 15 minutes later, then 30 minutes later, then tried to change studio locations entirely, THEN said they couldn't take the previously offered change (30 minute difference) and would not give any discounts for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think it may be time to reevaluate where I take my business. read more

Had an appointment for a head spa because I saw they recently added it and wanted to try it out. It was the worst head spa I have ever experienced before. I did not feel relaxed because the tech didn't know how to massage well. It was unenjoyable for me because she kept wiping my face too aggressively and other things that were uncomfortable too. Only go here for the lashes. Paid $75 for the head spa and was not worth it at all. read more
