I had gotten my lashes done at a place I have been going to for a long time ended up having a severe allergic reaction and asked the girl who did my lashes to remove them and they laughed at me I was so disappointed. I had to go to the er to get the swelling to go down then came here to see if they could remove the lashes for me and the squeezed me in because they saw how much pain I was in and they took such amazing care of me. Finally had the opportunity to visit one of these locations as I have driven by one many of times. I was able to walk in and schedule an appointment for about an hour and a half later to be seen and for a brief consultation. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly in explaining options And what to expect during my first visit and experience. The young lady that performed my lash extension was very nice and welcoming as well. Getting something down like this the first time takes about two hours just based on my visit. The location was fairly clean and has multiple rooms for multiple clients to be worked on Throughout the day. When all said and done when I was checking out at the front desk, my checkout process was fairly seamless and easy. I was informed that someone may reach out to me to check and see how things were going, unfortunately, I did not receive that call. But I was also informed that it's best to consider Revisiting about every two weeks. They do also offer a membership plan that can pretty much cover your months worth of eyelash replenishment/fulfillment. I do see myself returning to this location with being able to schedule my future appointments with the same young lady that assisted me during my first visit. read more

I had a very bad experience in the past with lashes, so for me I approached as a skeptic, and I actually went here based on Yelp reviews! I am now 6 months into my membership and I will never quit so long as Ally works here. She is actually a magician. My lashes grow sparse naturally, and I have tried every style. I started with classics, went to hybrids and volume... back to classic and then back to volumes. It all depends on my mood, what I have planned and how much I have abused my set. Ally never judges, makes great recommendations and honestly is super personable. If you are reading this, just try them already! You don't have to be a member to try them out. I've been going to amazing lash for quite some time now and the service has never disappointed. I prefer my lashes at a more natural "classic" length and style and my technician, Rashida, gets it every time! I feel comfortable going to the studio and my technician. I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had getting my lashes done at this place. The back rooms they take you to are in poor condition, and the lash technicians are unprofessional, spending the entire service on their phones while you try to engage with them. As for the actual service, it was awful. I had a lash lift and tint done, and instead of a nice, natural curl, my lashes were left in tight spirals. When I returned to express my dissatisfaction and asked if there was any way to fix them, the front desk spoke to the technician. She claimed it was normal and assured me they would fall into place in a day or two. However, she never came out to speak with me directly, apologize, or offer any solution. I never write reviews, but on this place I had too. Unfortunately my experience was not that great. The two girls at the front desk did not seem to know what they were doing and did not seem to care at all about their job. I paid for a lash bath, which is just a rag they hand you to go to the bathroom with to wash off your eyes. Absolute waste of money. The bathroom was kinda run down and not that clean. My lash technician seemed like she was rushing, she was not that gentle and my results were not that great. I tried to communicate what I wanted and she didn't seem to care. It ended up almost being $200. When I went to pay it took the girls 15 minutes just to figure out how to charge my card. Amazing lash is a terrible franchise which is why so many have closed down. I don't mean any hate towards these people, as I'm sure they are doing their best. However I will never be coming back here. A few of the lash techs are amazing- I would give them 5 stars. My problem is with Sara, the manager. She talks awfully about her customers and employees. I overheard a lot of unprofessional sh* talking. One almost resulted in her getting beat up by another customer from all that talk. Whoever owns this place I would check in on this manager. She's going to be the reason y'all are going to shut down from the amount of money you lose or have the amazing lash techs quit from all tampering she does to the employees she hates. They don't have good supplies and my lashes all fell out faster than it should have- what happened to this place? This, like most lash places in the area unfortunately, is not accredited by the BBB. Although the turnover of stylists and front desk personnel is higher than I prefer, most of the time the service was decent. My main issue is poor customer service and questionable / misleading / bait and switch business practices. I had been going to this studio for many years and usually had no problems. In the last year or so the place sold and has a new manager (Sarah--a former stylist). Ever since, I have had issues. The issues range from saying I had a credit and encouraging me to buy product with it ("their system"--always their excuse for the the financial issues and not offering refunds to handle issues--supposedly overcharged me, and they could not refund it); after buying the product I really did not need or want to use up the credit, I got a phone call saying "Ooops"-- mistake by the "new person" and "their system", I did not have a refund, so I ended up having to pay out of pocket for products I really didn't need (about $70). Another time my credit card was overcharged $35 and I had to wait for the credit back ("ooopsie--new person"; when I tried to correct the issue on the spot, I was shushed and told the new person had to learn--while my credit card incurred the extra charge. Another time, due to a loyal customer wheel spin, I won a free service, and upon checkout there was an attempt to charge me for the "free" service. What was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back was when they changed stylists on me (my main stylist was sick that day) and scheduled me with a non-master stylist when my member subscription included a master stylist upgrade. I asked if they were going to refund me for the master stylist upgrade in the way of either a product credit, a refund to my credit card, or them withdrawing a lesser amount the following month to account for not getting a master stylist service despite me paying for it. They attempted to gaslight me and were really condescending as if I was stupid and could not keep track of my contract or finances. We went round and round. First they said on my next service I could buy product and get a $10 credit towards that. When I went to buy the product they said "their system" would not allow the credit. Finally I called Sarah and cancelled my membership, and she promised a refund to my credit card the $10 stylist upgrade I did not receive, but to wait about 2 weeks for it to show up. After 2 weeks, no refund. I called and told her that it hadn't gone through. "Ooopse"-- "their system" would not allow the $10 credit. And that I really should just deal with it because by paying for the member subscription, I was already getting a discount off the "regular pricing"--duh--that is why I opted for the member pricing. So why, if I am consistently paying member pricing would I be happy with non-member fees? I have filed a complaint with the BBB and they have failed to respond. I cannot believe they are staking this hill to die on and losing a customer over $10. On my end, I left because of multiple issues prior, then this being the final one. As I said, there were no issues until change of owner and Sarah in management. Decent service but extremely poor customer service and business practices--bait and switch tactics, unkept agreements (I have the text promising the $10 refund that they reneged on due to "their system")--should they not invest $ in a system that would allow them to properly handle business?? I don't know what this place did to my lashes...but when the fake lashes came off little by little they came off taking my little natural ones with them. Mind u I don't have long or thick natures ones. I'm so very disappointed and hoping my little lashes that aren't too thick or long will grow back. I usually love going there. But when I was lying with my eyes closed and falling asleep, the esthetician started throwing things into the drawers several times, as if trying to wake me up. It sounded like she was in a bad mood. I was terrified. She did not talk at all. She made me feel very uncomfortable. Another bad experience was that one. She was laughing uncontrollably while I was lying with my eyes closed, which was scary. She also never made me feel welcomed. I will, of course, change the esthetician. I had gotten a full set before but did it elsewhere and not entirely happy with the service so I tried Amazing Lash. There were 3 young girls attending customers and were happy and polite. I just had my lashes done at amazing Lash studio off of Laguna, and ElkGrove Blvd. I want to warn any future.. I will never, ever patronize this establishment again. I've used this service on several occasions (4 times) during the past year or so. I have no complaints about the quality or service of the work. I have never ever paid over $200, for a full set hybrid of lashes EVER..today I was told t my bill was $308..I was confused and asked to speak with management .Sari informed me that she was doing me a favor last time. I have a huge problem with being told it was a favor and not the regular standard price..(by the way that included me purchasing eyelash wash in that total cost last month. ) because I would have kept my money and ass at home. The additional cost includes $30, master stylists fee, which we the customer are paying as an reward for them having extra training hours..the quality is the same; so lesson learned you as customers are paying for their raise not Amazing Lashes (ijs), in addition $65. for full set (volume) cost.. I thought a "full set @ was a full set, mind you .. I was referred to the tiny price list ( which has been increased, not shown/mentioned on their website, were I always booked by..BOTTOM LINE, go somewhere else that doesn't hide ( my opinion) additional hidden fees. After I told Sari who could use a few lessons in customer service and just plain listening to a customer feedback.. I paid the additional cost with a $20 discount..cause I was not willing to pay for a master stylist..that doesn't mean better service or quality ( just an cleaver way to add fees).. Not too happy! I was able to schedule an appointment same day, I was very excited to get eyelashes put on. However, not very happy with my lashes. As you can see from the picture some lashes are their sides, others are barely hanging on, or some are hanging onto the bottom lashes (this picture was taken right after leaving the salon). By the very next day, 6 more fell off. They looked even worse. I went back to the lash studio to return some products that I purchased when I was there. (will def not be needing), I let then women at the front know that I was not happy and how many lashes had fallen out overnight. Their response was that I should get a second opinion, use a small brush to brush them and use oil products to help them come off faster (lol). O well, lesson learned, just going to glue on a lash strip for now. That's too bad. I frequent this location a lot because it is the closest to me. Although I like my lashes to be consistently full all the time, it does get pretty expensive so your best bet would be to get the package plans they offer. It is a little pricey but still affordable at the same time. The reason for the 3 stars is because service here can be so hot and cold. Literally a hit or miss with the tech they set you up with. Once you find one that you're satisfied with, then i suggest sticking with them for all your future fills. My first time here I had a not so great experience. I was in my appointment for almost 3 hours and my lashes werent even close to being finished. One eye was almost bare, and the one she spent the most time on still looked like it could have used more lashes. Because my tech had another appointment coming up we had to end our session and i had to reschedule for a different tech to finish up her work. She was a great person, very sociable and if she had finished my lashes in a timely manner i probably would have stuck with her, but since i had such a mediocre experience, i never rebooked with her. I had to come in the next day to have a different tech finish my extensions. She ended up adding more lashes to the "finished" eye and it made a huge difference, and then continued to fill my bare eye. After she filled them to my desire i was a whole lot happier. It seems like every time i come in for my appointment or leaving my appointment there always seems to be someone at the reception desk complaining about their service. Maybe some of their techs just need a little more experience to avoid having so many unhappy customers. read more
