While I did not immediately book an appointment with Paige because I wanted to do some research first, I eventually got in contact with her via Yelp by using the "book appointment" feature. She was quick at responding, and we talked about the procedure, the cost, what to expect, etc. etc., and I was really excited about my appointment. When I arrived, I was a bit freaked out at how ironic it was that my best hairdresser in the world's salon was right across the street and couldn't believe I had never paid any attention to the salon across the street. Paige was right under my nose! She rents a really cute and serene room in the salon where all her magic happens. Her professionalism, bubbly personality and just down-right niceness really put me at ease as any work to my eyes is a bit nerve-wracking. She explained the procedure before-hand and then again before each step. The procedure took about an hour, but it didn't feel that long. The results were amazing and the cost was very reasonable. It's been about 6 weeks now, and the lift is wearing down, but I am still happy at the little bit of lift left and will be going in for my second lift in about 3 weeks. While I did not have a reaction to the product used because I do not have sensitive skin, I would suggest that if you do have or have had sensitive skin, I think it's always prudent to perhaps ask for a skin test first. Otherwise, the research I've done has shown that the service is very safe. I hope to have her do my brows at some point too, and will update my review when I can speak from personal experience.

As she is blow drying my hair it was so greasy it wouldn't even move then she tried fixing it with dry shampoo and when I told her it felt greasy she continued to say dry shampoo will fix it when she finished blow drying. And when I told her it was too greasy for the second time she said "I know, I thought your hair was more course but realized when blow drying it that it's actually curly but fine, that was my mistake" but proceeded to tell me "dry shampoo will fix it" I had to ask her to wash it out because it was beyond greasy- nothing was going to fix it and I'm not paying to get my hair done to spend 3 hours on a salon to walk out with hair I would have to wash as soon as I got home bc of how gross it felt.
