So, a very nice man came out to take pictures, answer questions and take information back to the 'team'. He said he was more into sales than design, but we were impressed with him. He said he would email the estimate within a week. After two weeks, I emailed him and asked about the estimate. There was no answer to that email. At least repsond and say, we can't go forward with the project for whatver reason but don't ignore us. It feels like our project was not "designer' enough for them or that we were not going to spend the money they would want. Not true. Very disapointed. I understand being busy, but again, communication is key.
