Often times, microbladed or nano brows look quite "rectangular" to me - specific lines, boxed in, all looking the same. The first time I went to have my brows done, about 4 years ago, was when Mila first switched from microblading to nano brows. And I was absolutely floored by the amount of time she put into sketching the right brow shape for my face and explaining why the shape complimented my face. She is a perfectionist and it shows. Every appointment has me leaving with exactly how I want my brows - even a year when I asked if she could touch something up and I got right back on the table. She also always has the most up-to-date technology - I went in yesterday for my yearly and she already had newer technology since I was there a year ago when she had just upgraded tech then! I was left with a rushed, terrible job that was so bad my friends immediately asked who did…read moreit--just so they could avoid her themselves. It's embarrassing how she left my eyebrows. I specifically asked for something lighter than my eyebrows, natural-looking, and blended in so it wouldn't even look like they were "done." She clearly ignored everything I said. The lines are extremely dark, uneven, and far darker than my natural brows. The shading on the bottom is sloppy and laughable. Not only did she fail to listen to my concerns, but the result looks harsh, unnatural, and nothing like what I requested. $700 later, not only am I out that money, but now I'll have to spend over $2,000 to get them removed, as a true professional recommended, because there is no fixing this mess. (I posted her text.) What makes this worse is the provider's unprofessional response and complete lack of accountability. She showed no concern for the disastrous results, nor any willingness to find a solution. The lack of care, professionalism, and responsibility is unacceptable. I made an appointment for a haircut and color. I noticed that I was the only customer in the…read moresalon. The hairdresser put foil on my head so I assumed that I was getting the color. She did cut a few inches off my hair. When I got home I realized that my hair was still gray and that I had payed $200 for a trim! I did notify her and she gave me back 30 dollars out of the 200! I also received annoying emails from her stating that I had not been there in 3 years. I have no idea what that matters! When I go to a salon, I want to come out looking and feeling good. That feeling was taken from me by Shear Beauty Salon in Yarmouth.
