I am one of those people that stalk, follow, and read reviews countless of times until I find a place or person I think will do their best. I have been to Lash Boutique twice to do two different service and have not been disappointed yet. Recently I was able to try their newest and greatest BB glow treatment. I had found out about it via their Instagram posts. I was so blown away by how relaxing and wonderful the facial portion was that I was compelled to write a review. Katrina made me feel so relaxed and spent so much time and effort on making sure that each step was done right that it was well worth my money. I have gotten $300 facials that were effective at getting results but not as relaxing or enjoyable as my experience at Lash Boutique. After experiencing first hand how Katrina treats her clients, it's no wonder her salon is at a higher caliber than others. In case some of you are wondering if the BB Glow is worth it, it is. I was a bit red afterwards because I have very sensitive skin. Now a couple days post treatment and I can't stop staring when I past mirrors at how smooth my skin appears. Also I took a selfie today and noticed my dark spots aren't noticable in photos as they did in the past. So no filters needed! You may just need to give it some time before noticing a difference. Terrible Customer Service from Owner(??) Booked an appointment for a Sunday at 12:45 for a lash lift. Im not from the area so I spent $50 to lyft there (which at the time i was fine with). closed; door locked. called, number not accpeting calls, texted, nothing. this was all after they took my deposit and texted to confirm the night before. i waited till 12:55 before leaving (another $50). next day receptionist texts me apologizing and we reschedule to the upcoming thursday. i ask, if possible, i could be compensated for the lyfts with store credit because i did my due dilligence, they say yes. i arrive at my appointment on thursday. it was fine, nothing special but not bad. lash tech was chill. as im going to check out i let the receptionist know about the credit and she goes to check with the owner. they both come out and i explain what happened. the owner was SO RUDE. she tells me it was ME who did not show up and that the tech was there and had been texting her and that the tech was a bit upset (girl so was i). i show her the times of my texts and she tries to tell me i was texting the day after, showed she was wrong. she tried to tell me my appointment was at 1, i showed her the confirmations. at this point i had already said ill pay the rest, but had tried to explain why i had even asked in the first place because she kept trying to blame me. she then kept looking at me and shrugging as if it was my fault and that they had done their part by not charging me the "no-show" fee. the receptionist was so sweet and tried to speak up a couple of times, to which the owner would interrupt and snap at her. i was even more agitated at her rudeness to her own employees. when she left the receptionist apologized and was so nice about everything. overall, the lashes are fine, but nothing i can not get anywhere else, so for that reason you should go somewhere and spend your money that doesn't degrade their customers and employees. mistakes happen, but the owner needs some customer service work. read more

Overall great place, vibe is nice. I used to get my brows done here. Reason I say "used to" is because they recently raised the price from $25 to $35. This is for a service that takes 8-10 minutes. Will not be back again for that outrageous price. read more

This was my second time here for lash extensions. Loved it the first time I came here! When I arrived there was nobody at the front desk which I thought was odd. The tech that did them was really nice, but unfortunately I got severe chemical burns on the bottom of my eyes as you can see in the pictures. My eyes stung for days and caused severe headaches. I contacted the salon via Instagram and they said they could offer me a 20% discount next time I came in, instead of offering some kind of refund. I will definitely not be going back! read more

Please please please DO NOT GO HERE for Microblading!!!! Unless you want to waste 350$ and have thinner brows than you started with! I was in on Sept 16 for a first time microblading procedure. I was a little scared and worried that my eyebrows would be overdone and to dark. I had an appointment with Liana who assured me it would be wonderful. I felt comfortable, so I proceeded. I was led back to a nice room and layed down. She took several measurements and everything seemed on the up and up. Then another girl joined who was training. I still felt ok, even though I was not asked if this was ok and felt like a gunnel pig that they were training on. I agreed with the markings that were drawn with a black wax pencil and the microblading commenced. It was not painful. During the process liana used tweezers and scissors and removed most of the brows that I had. When it was done they were too thin but the color was great and I was "ok" with them. Even a few days later I was still thinking they were ok, at least they were giant and over dark. About 5 days later I noticed I needed to pencil some sparse areas back in. Being that I was originally afraid they would be to dark I was still somewhat ok with this. Now on the 8th day they are completely faded and non existent. My eyebrows are extremely thin due to liana tweezing and cutting away the eyebrows I had. I even had to have my eyelashes fixed (that I had done at lash boutique, that's another story) at another salon due to the fact one eye had all fallen out after one week, and the technician could not believe I even had microblading done! Mind you this was very expensive... costing around 350$ she suggested I contact lash boutique, of which I did. I even took time out of my day to make another appointment to speak to liana. She basically told me this is expected and quoted their policy. You be the judge. My eyebrows are now thinner than ever and you are unable to see ANY microblading. One of the worst experiences and waste of money! Do your research make sure you are going to a place that the technician has a license. I wish I could give this a zero star for the cost, the customer service, time wasted, and the results of the procedure. I hope others benefit from this review and think twice before going to the Lash Boutique. read more

Masha was amazingg, the whole boutique was so clean, professional, and kind, talked through exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations:)) I got the half-full, said my preference was 'noticeably lengthened', wanted length over volume, and concentrated mainly on the outer corner to get a lifted look. They came out seamless and natural but with the perfect amount of dramatic length I wanted. (My only heads up: website said 50 min, ended up being about an hour and a half, not a problem AT ALL and SOO worth it but something to keep in mind if you make other appointments the same day, allow for a little extra time.) read more

This was my first time here, and I was very pleased with the overall service and my results. I got a lash lift & tint. I found the place to be super clean, professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable during the procedure, and it didn't sting at all. I would have liked my technician to have explained what she was doing a long the way, but that's the only criticism I can come up with. Free parking across the street was also a plus. This was the worst experience of my life. I wish I put the lashes on myself . The place is a joke. The girl couldn't do my lashes and spent more time prepping to do them then actually doing them . When she finished you could see spacing in between all my lashes. When I asked to speak to the owner because she couldn't speak English the owner came in and was completely unprofessional and rude. When I explained to her what I was upset about she just kept telling me they would take them off . I would never recommend this place to anyone . Save your money and your time !!!!! read more

I was initially very nervous prior to my appointment, but from the moment I walked in, my anxiety was put at ease. Katrina was my technician, and she is truly a master of her skill. She went over whole process throughly, talked me through each step, ensured my comfort the entire time, showed me her work, and was so easy to talk to. I've been coming to Lash Boutique since the beginning of summer up until now (since I have to move away). I've never gotten my lashes done before and thought I'd spoil myself and give it a shot. First time going and getting them put on was amazing of course. So much so that I came back for a second, a third, and so on. My second visit I stumbled onto Anna. After my first session with her, I knew that I had found my eyelash "person". Of course no offense to the first girl, she did a fantastic job! When I would schedule an appointment I would just ask for whoever was available! But after meeting Anna, I just wanted to stick with her. I get the volume lash 3D set. Natural enough that people think they're my real lashes, but has the wow factor of random people telling me "your eyelashes look amazing!" I made an appointment yesterday, Monday and had to give a 50% deposit, they called me the next day to change the appointment by 1/2 hour at 3:15. I received a call from my boss and had to join a 3:00 meeting. I called just to reschedule and they would not give me the 50% back because they had a 24 hour cancellation policy, which I understand, but she couldn't have been too busy if she could take me a 1/2 before and where I made the appointment the day before she definitely wasn't too busy.
