I was going to let things go but the level unprofessionalism I experienced was too disturbing to pass up. Although I understand that this business has policies in place, in terms of rescheduling appointments, I truly believe that the way I was spoken to and the approach that was taken against me was something that a business who survives on providing a service, should be ashamed of. Maybe I caught them on a bad day and I understand times have been rough but projecting your hurt, pain and darkness onto a customer is completely inappropriate. I was yelled at, interrupted, verbally attacked by multiple employees, lied on over a misunderstanding of rescheduling my appointment. The situation became so overwhelming that I cannot believe I was brought to tears by the daughter and employees of this business, who one by one jumped onto the phone call to attack me on a simple rescheduling matter. I felt that I needed to defend myself... On rare occasions I believe a successful business who provides a service forget what brought them to success in the first place... your customers... you forget that you are not doing your customers a favor by providing them with your service, rather the customer hired you, when they could have taken thier business elsewhere. A word of advice, it don't cost you anything to be polite. No doubt you are thriving because of your costumers. You may be good at your craft, but service is what creates customer loyalty and separates the good from the best. From the ouset, the employees at this business were very combative and that is just unacceptable for individuals who are in the service industry. Although in the end they rescheduled my appointment, it came at a huge cost. It saddens me that upon my arrival I was not apologized to, which would have been the decent human being thing to do. There was no shame in thier actions. Instead I received a complaint for coming three minutes late to my appointment (not exaggerating). I felt awkward and unwelcome. And yet I still left a good tip, was patient and polite because I believe in good karma. I hope that the reviews on yelp are from genuine customers and not friends and family for the sake of providing good reviews. I got my eyebrows done 2 weeks ago. I waited 2 weeks before I post a review because I wanted to see how it heals. My experience was amazing, Kay did my eyebrows and she was so nice, professional, easy going and fun at the same time. She asked me what I wanted, shape and color. From there she drew the brows and I made her adjust it until I loved it. I wanted big eyebrows because mines are so thin and that's exactly what she gave me. What to expect: if you are on the dark side the numbing cream does not work as well. Kat took her time and let the numbing cream on for over 20 mins and when it's still was not numb all the day she applied some more until I could handle the pain. 2. Right after, you might be a bit swollen and the tattoo is actually real bold. 3. Keep it super moisturize so it heals perfectly. read more

She was extremely informative about the procedure and allayed my fears. I also felt comfortable with her which is very important given a "fail" on my eyebrows is the last thing I'd want. I've had my eyebrows done by Kat and just had my eyeliner done by Amie yesterday. Both ladies are very sweet and very professional. They also really do care about the outcome of their work and making sure that their clients are satisfied. I made the mistake of having coffee the morning of my eyeliner so my eyes fluttered a lot, also lack of sleep in general didn't help! But Amie worked with me and was patient. I also recommend not tinting your eyelashes before hand. I tinted them a week before the procedure, but due to my overly sensitive skin, they were still more irritated than normal I definitely recommend these ladies to anyone shopping around for their permanent makeup procedures read more

I came here a few days ago. I was always interested in permanent makeup for my eyebrows I am so sick of penciling them in. I would always drive by the studio and think that I would go. I finally booked an appointment with Kat for a spring special of $350 (normally 500$) I ended up with micropigmentation instead of microblading seeing I have enough of my own eyebrow hair. I loved the place it was super classy and clean. They use lidocaine to numb you before going in to your face. And I'm glad I did. I am heavily tattooed but I think it would have been awful to get tattooed on my face without the lidocaine. Whole process took about an hour and a half. My brows are only at day 4 but doing good. Takes 4 weeks to fully heal so I will update at that time. Healing includes using aquaphor multiple times a day and no makeup around forehead BTW. They give you the option to buy an after healing kit for 15$ which is worth the money. Also , as my husband is a tattoo artist, I recommend tipping. I did 45$ on my husbands recommendation. I have eyebrow envy. I used to have good natural brows but they weren't the best shape. Then they were waxed badly by a well known salon. Now I have to pluck, there just isn't enough left.
