I have been to Lash Boutique twice to do two different service and have not been disappointed yet. Recently I was able to try their newest and greatest BB glow treatment. I had found out about it via their Instagram posts. I was so blown away by how relaxing and wonderful the facial portion was that I was compelled to write a review. Katrina made me feel so relaxed and spent so much time and effort on making sure that each step was done right that it was well worth my money. I have gotten $300 facials that were effective at getting results but not as relaxing or enjoyable as my experience at Lash Boutique. After experiencing first hand how Katrina treats her clients, it's no wonder her salon is at a higher caliber than others. In case some of you are wondering if the BB Glow is worth it, it is. I was a bit red afterwards because I have very sensitive skin. Now a couple days post treatment and I can't stop staring when I past mirrors at how smooth my skin appears. I met Edda while visiting my son's fitness studio, Real Results Fitness Studio. Edda practices her permanent make up artistry right next door! On the very same block, I discovered my own Real Results with Edda that day. Results I never dreamed were possible. I had a dream. A dream for eyebrows. I recently read that my own sparse eyebrows would soon thin more and fade away as I aged. OMG. No eyebrows?! This wasn't something this baby boomer was going to take lightly. I asked for eyebrows in my dreams but I never dreamed there was a person like Edda! So talented. So sincerely interested. So passionate about what she does...so conscientious and professional. She was my "eyebrow angel"! The one I prayed for was now standing right in front of me! LOL I was under "her wing" you could say and I felt safe and confident about the procedure that would change my life! You have no idea! Wow! Edda was also very accommodating. I realized quite suddenly that I would also benefit from permanent eye liner as well. I have Graves Disease and suffer with dry eyes which means a lot of tearing, not so good for the eyeliner I would have just applied. So, I was going to soon have my new eyebrows and eyeliner on the same afternoon! Just 3 hours later, I looked in the mirror and my dream of looking healthy and polished as a mature aging woman cracks the mirror (sorry, Edda, I will see about a new mirror)! Here is an explanation of the entire process (wish I had this when I began)…read more 1. Call or message Wincy to book an appointment for microblading eyebrows. 2. When you get there, you sign some papers to approve the process. 3. Then, she begins to outline what your new eyebrows would look like with a ruler and eyebrow pencil. 4. Next, she applies numbing cream onto your eyebrows and you wait 10 minutes. 5. You lay down on the folding table and she begins. After she's done, she'll apply vitamin A & D ointment on your eyebrows with a q-tip. You will need to do this twice a day for a week. You will have to avoid contact with water on your eyebrows as well (this includes showering). The first day will be EXTREMELY dark, but you'll see it slowly fade over the course of a few days. It starts to get very itchy, but you must resist touching them so they can heal properly. A week later, you'll be able to shower and do everything normally again. It's possible that she may have missed some spots while microblading, but there will be a touch-up appointment ($80) 4 - 6 weeks later. Overall, I am very happy with the way my eyebrows came out. I was much more relieved after the touch-up appointment, because it wasn't perfect after the first time.
