Horrible service!! The owner & his wife are so rude say leave if you don't like the prices. They are famous for changing the prices, you go one time full set is $30 then $40 then $60 for no reason it's absolutely nuts. The tools for pedicures are not washed or disinfected it's disgusting! You point out their POSTED proves and they make up some random excuse and say nope it's more if you don't like it come back. I will never go back again!! Horrible service. Never would come back. The lady that serviced me was horrible. she was so eager to get more clients and more money that she only let my nails dry for 10 second. in order to up charge me $10 for the gel manicure she said that it wouldn't happen if I didn't do the regular manicure and the gel if I'm asking you to do the regular manicure you should be able to do it and not do a sloppy job. I'm not picky but if I'm paying for a service, I would like for it to at least be done right the paint was wrinkling. Sheehan said she would only fix it one time because she was and I quote "too tired". She did not do better from the first time because the second time the paint also wouldn't dry she layered it on too thick. It was so bad I asked her to remove the paint and leave it bare acrylic. She then started blaming it on the paint. It was not the paint. When I go to the counter to ask if I can get a discount because I didn't get nail polish, they said no. They argued it's because she did the paint she did the paint but it was horrible. She had to leave it there. That's how horrible she did it. Worst place ever do not recommend never come here. also, the guy that attended me at the counter also started complaining about me to my face saying why didn't I leave a tip? I really hate leaving bad reviews but I don't want someone to go through what I did. #1 - it's been 2 days and my dip powder nails are already chipping around the cuticle. #2 - the man who did my nails was rushing toward the end because people were coming in ( i understand COVID has caused places to be short staffed, but i would've much rathered he made me wait a bit longer than rush to get me out of there) #3 - the nail tech wasn't symmetrical. Katie is great for acrylic work. My nails lasted 5 weeks with no chips or lifting. She also does a great pedicure. She works quickly and is very accommodating. The salon is clean and organized. The only thing I don't care for is the fact that they don't make acrylic clients wash their hands before paint application. I think that would pose a sanitary issue to cross use dips or paints without clean hands. Otherwise a great experience. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. I've been coming here for years. Not regularly but when I needed my nails done. Owners were nice. Fast forward to a month ago. Got tips and dips put on for a special vacation for the first time. Two days later while driving to vacation I noticed they had cracks all in them. Texted the owner and he said to come in when I returned. Cracks seemed to disappear with time over vacation. Never had dips so wasn't sure why. Went back about 10 days ago to have them filled by owner. Noticed some discoloration but thought maybe it was from the drill used. Today a dip nail fell off and I discovered green fungus. I pulled off a few others and found more. Five of my perfectly healthy nails now have fungus. I went straight to kk nails. Wendy saw my nails and said it was not fungus but from "where water got under the dips." Also known as ... fungus. She refused to accept responsibility and even offered to paint over the green part. That's the worst thing I could do is continue to trap the fungus. Instead she buffed down the green with the tool. I am so upset and will never return. I paid around $130 for nail fungus. I decided to give this place a chance after reading mixed reviews. Well I walked in with no appointment on a Tuesday. I asked for polish change feet and gel manicure. Asked to pick my color, waited 10 minutes, asked to sit at a chair to wrap my hands, no greeting, I then was asked to sit in pedicure chair for polish change. I asked if I can use massage she pointed to remote on the side and said go ahead. MIND YOU.. she had her wireless headphones on listening to music. Once done with my toes not impressed. I am so upset and sad , I got acrylics done here and started noticing a weird change in my finger nails (the pointer finger and middle finger) days past and it starts turning to white like that it's dead. 2 weeks later and my nail has fallen off. After seeing all the reviews on this place I decided to give it a chance. $25 for a gel manicure is a great deal, until I realized what I was paying for. After finishing the manicure and sitting in my car I came to realize that my nails were a complete and utter mess. I had nail polish all over my fingers and the polish wasn't even put on my nails evenly. I freaked out. I was terrified to go back inside and tell them just what happened, but after paying $30 and wasting 45 minutes I had no other option. I went in and showed the man who did my nails just what he had done. He was giving someone a pedicure at the time and stopped and began trying to file the nail polish off my skin. He then told me to come sit and someone would come help me. A lady then came and sat at the chair I was at and told me to sit. I told her "I don't want them filed to "fix" them. If you are going to do that then I would please just like my money back. You can even keep the tip." Another man then called me over to look at them and said they were bad too. As I said that the manager/owner came running over and said "no money, sit we fix it." I told her that I either want them completely redone or my money back. I've wasted my time and money. We went back and forth, she then began to tug on my hand and try to file them. I pulled my hand back and asked nicely again if I could just have my money back. I hate doing that after someone put their time and effort into something, but when it looked that bad I had to say something. The manager/owner, named Wendy, then told me "sit down now and we fix them." I said "are you going to just file them or actually take them all off?" She then proceeded to say "you don't tell me how to do my job. Sit down" multiple times. This is the point where I couldn't take it. I said "I am not questioning your job just want to know what will be done." The manager/owner then got very loud with me and told me to sit and they will do them. She kept tugging at my hands and tried to get me to sit. I didn't believe her and I refused to sit in that chair again. Eventually another woman came and offered to help me. She ended up trying to fix them but they did not come out even close to now nails should look. Another costumer even told the manger and worker who were being rude something. She said that was bad customer service and that I came in so kindly and they are the ones who took it out of hand. In the end, the manager/owner came over and kept telling me "come back and I'll only charge you $15 for gel. I want you to be happy. Come back. Only $15. What's your name so I remember?" I even ended up with a cut on the side of my index finger from them. I know for sure I will not come back and that was her way of trying to get me to not review this terrible place. I truly enjoy this nail salon. It's family owned and I 100% support small businesses. They work fast, the quality is great. The employees all are equally good all around. Wendy and Andy are amazing!! They work super fast and can do hands and feet in less than 1 hour. I usually go on my 1 hour lunch break from work and have time to spare. Highly recommend. It's a shame that I couldn't give this place 0 stars because I sure would have. I came here upon recommendation, but this visit was a complete disappointment. I initially came in with my own OPI color and I asked whether it could be matched with a gel OPI color. The nail tech took my nail polish and disappeared to the back came back with a bottle and told me that they didn't have my particular color but that the color that she picked was a match. She asked if I wanted to use her color I said no because if it matched then I'd use my color on the toes and they could use their matching color on the hands. She assigned somebody else to do my pedicure. It was sloppy and the lady seemed totally uninterested in what she was doing. We get back to the gel part and the tech started filing my nails. They were filed in such a crazy manner that I had to tell her the nails were not straight and I had to take the file from her and try and fix them. The lady seemed confused and all she kept asking was whether or not I was okay. Then, I noticed that the color she was putting on in no way shape or form matched the color of my toes. They were completely off and I pointed this out to her. She told me that it was because I had three coats on my toes and the nails only had one. So I allowed her to put on the other coats. Again I pointed out they were completely different shades. So she goes back to the original Tech who tried to tell me that she said that's she told me would not be the same. That is a total fabrication had she told me this, I would have just used the same color from the same bottle.. Her remedy was to put one coat of their nail polish over the already four coats of nail polish that were on my toes. End result? Overly polished lumpy nails, painted all over the cuticles, very, very sloppy and you can see the original dark pink color around the edges of my cuticles. To boot, the gel nails have indents in them. So, I walked out of there with a color that I don't want and embarrassing mani pedi and totally pissed. Now, I have to go to a reputable salon, & spend more money so they can fix this hack job. I will never, ever recommend this place to anyone. this establishment is a joke. read more

I called this place and I asked them how much would it be for a Gel Full set they told me that it was 40 I asked them to make me an appointment I was there 20 minutes before my appointment . I waited 40 minutes for them to start doing my nails they first put me with this men when I choose the color I wanted they move me to to a different chair with another lady as soon as I set down she started gluing the first nail then she got up and she left me there for like 10 minutes when she came back she say sorry then she finished it glue in the other nails when she was done gluing all the nails she asked me how long I wanted I told her the length and she told me that it was gonna be $70 I told her that I called and they never said the price will go up because of the land then I ask her how much would it be for the $40 nails in the lane it was like having no nails at all it was extremely short she was really rude to me I think this place is not professional you make me feel really embarrassed in front of everybody not just because of the extra money that they wanted to charge me it was because it was after she glue the nails and this was the main reason I called to make make sure they don't change the price like they always do.
