As a small business, they are generous with their refillable complimentary side dishes (which is so yum), the flavour HITS, and the service is so good and welcoming. They kept checking in with us, turned down the volume to the TV that we were sitting under, and kept refilling our tea. inside the restaurant is also quite spacious and has comfortable seating arrangements. If refusing service or banning customers for not tipping is restaurant policy, it should be clearly stated before customers order. The food itself was bland and lacked authentic Korean flavors. My bill didn't seem to be correct. I noticed it was a little higher than I expected, but I tipped 20% and left. I was only given the transaction record. The bulgogi on their menu is $15.95 (as per website), I am pretty sure the beer was $7.95. That totals $23.90. But my bill was $34.92 before tip. $41.90 after tip. So, something happened.
