I am so glad & happy especially during the final moment at the chapel, we were able to view him for the last time in a nice coffin with a beautiful, freshly arranged multi colored big bulb roses on top ! The Smith representatives greeted & distributed the program to the people, during my Brother's celebration of life, I gave my Eulogy, sound system & the music were perfect, there were Kleenex & cold drinks, what touched me the most was that the Smith representative vow everytime in front of my brother's coffin, what a good sign of respect ! I believe if more people knew just how good the service and quality of workmanship was here all of the other alterations businesses would soon be out of business. I often come here and ask If I could get my pants/jeans etc altered within the hour and irrespective of how busy they are they always achieve this without a hassle. They are always friendly and accommodating and I have never been disappointed with the result, on top of that they offer some of the cheapest alterations around. Even the more complex and time consuming alterations like those associated with suiting and leather goods they seem to do it with ease and for an exceptional price. I have had friends get wedding dresses made and altered, clothes made from fabric cut offs they have had lying around, silk saddles put into jeans, moth holes repaired and restored, everything you can imagine they offer. Charged my elderly father $102 for 3 items to be dry cleaned! When I rang and complained they said they would take $20 off when we picked the items up, which they did not do. Even at $82 it would of been a rip off! If that is how they treat elderly pensioners, imagine what they would do to you. I hope they don't have elderly parents and have to watch them being taken advantage of :(
