As neither my wife or I had a Pedicure before, she directed my wife about the initial Very hot water in the foot soaker. My wife's toenail's REALLY needed trimming, and I just do not have the right tools or knowledge. REST assured that they will walk you thru the Process. The Bottom of the Foot Caluses were also softened, with the Professional attendant, soaking then i will say sanding ( Most likely not the true wording ) but she alternated between Left and Right Foot, until very smooth. The Drying process thaat comes with the application of the choosen colour OPI product was Nice and the application of a skin conditioner to try to keep the skin moist was Perfect ! My Wife was VERY impressed, and she does not impress Easily !

The nail painting itself was done really well and it was the exact shape and color I wanted. About 2 weeks later one of my nails got caught on something and ripped off which is when I noticed I now have fungus growing on my nails under the acrylics I soaked them off and it is green/brown under every nail! My nails were in perfect shape at the fill appointment and I've never had nail fungus before in my life. I guess I should have expected a lack of sanitation from such a high volume salon but lesson learned and I will not be going back

I was in Cornwall for a family death but seriously needed a pedicure as my nails were starting to…read morecurve. My niece's mother suggested this place so I booked an appointment for Wed, March 12. I should have gone elsewhere! The girl that did my pedicure did not know how to do a pedicure - sure she knew how to apply nail polish but that is the extent of her skills. She did not clean around or under the nails nor loosen or remove dead skin surrounding the nails. She barely cut the nails and used a file to shorten them more as I requested. My feet are in good shape. My one heel was rough and although she did use an emery file, my heel still has snags 1 week after. And they have the nerve to charge $65 + tax for this service? I pay $45 here in my city, and I get a much better & thorough pedicure. What a waste of money! I would not suggest this place and think I would have gotten a better pedicure at one of the places they don't recommend.
