I called in Thursday and got an appointment for Saturday at 2 pm which was confirmed right away via text. Then, I got another text on Saturday at 1:10 pm saying "Linda is free now, can u come in early" so I was there at 1:40 and she started my pedi immediately. The salon is very cozy with 2 chairs for pedicures and 3 nail stations for manicures. There were 2 ladies and a man working there. Linda was amazing. She listened to my requests and did what I asked for. She was also very gentle and her massages were worth every penny. The chair massage was very good too. 1.5 hour and $93 ($3 credit card fee) later, I was on my way. Traveling the country, I've had better and worse pedis and manis... this nail shop's customer service and gel mani/pedi price deserve the 5 stars. I don't think I'll be back to this area any time soon, but highly recommend this nail salon.

I was only getting one bar 5G (practically no service). The reasoning behind it was "it's the same WiFi used for our payment system and we don't want hackers.". He asked if I had AT&t and said that is the reason I don't have good service here so I was unable to use internet. The building felt like there was no air circulation and it was hot. Mind you, outside was 87 degrees. The pedicure was honestly trash, he only did my feet, literally. He never touched my calves or shins.. and no massage. When he did the exfoliation, salt scrub, he only did the top of my foot. Which was pretty confusing. When he did the lotion he only rubbed it into the top of my feet and ankles. Again, never getting my shins or calves. The building was clean and beautiful. They offer bottle water but it's $1 each. No price menu posted anywhere. NOT WORTH IT.

I originally had a full set, and instead of soaking and filing, the tech tried to RIP it off raw. I told her it hurts and requested soaking off. She said "okay that will be 30min". She moved me to a different spot then started servicing a different customer. After 20min soak off, I told her my finger went NUMB due to the coldness of the Acetone, and asked to get filed off the rest. She told me she WILL NOT do that because she won't go back and forth with her current customer. I then asked for another tech to help out. She got ANNOYED and started speaking in her primary language to have someone else come file for me. Then they leave me waiting for ANOTHER HOUR just because they chose to service other people behind me AND keep on PASSING me on also JUDY. So I came and waited 2hours and 30 minutes just for a 2-minute nail fix.
